Es un timo! No te gestionan la entrada a la reserva, es simplemente un taxi q te sube (puedes subir en coche perfectamente). Además te alquilan material más caro de lo que luego te encuentras en la reserva y q es de mejor calidad. No lo recomiendo

We recommend the earliest slot due to crowds, you get van transportation and snorkeling supplies with the fee. We were taken to watch the sunrise before you have to get in line for the bay. This nature preserve has timed entry only which sells out on their state website in like 7 minutes. This particular tour company has figured out how to get everyone in line to bypass that requirement. The driver was a very speedy one and I am not sure how legit the process is to get in, how we got in without booking on the actual website to the reserve, but we got in after a brief wait, and it was the best snorkeling experience of our lives and that is what matters. You get to see HUGE parrot fish, hundreds of other fish that you would never see anywhere else. It was incredible. Good for kids, you can rent a chair at the snorkel adventure shop in am or on the bay. You can also rent umbrellas. We did not need them as we were there 0630 to 1150. The snack shack is at top of a hill where a trolley takes you to. I recommend getting snacks after or well before you take the trolley or walk down the hill to the bay. Enjoy!

Had a great day at the bay and was very happy we booked the ride. Our driver James was fantastic, full of local knowledge and wasted no time getting us there and organised. We picked up all our prebooked gear and got dropped off. We did have to wait to see the entry video so from the time we got picked up at 7.30 until we actually got to the beach was 10.30. The time flew by and we had to be back for pick-up at 1.10. The bay was awesome and could have stayed longer.

Great experience! Were were picked up on time, picked up our snorkel gear, and dropped off. Everything was explained to us. If you do use this friendly disclosure, you will be seen as a walk in ticket so would recommend doing the early option. It was beautiful and our family enjoyed the experience.

This business is a scam.

I am so fired up and it was NOT from the Hawaiian sun.

After paying this company, a driver goes around picking up passengers from various locations and then rushes us to the park to grab a WALK IN ticket from the park staff. (Something you can do on your own)

My group and two other groups with this same company arrived around 8:20AM but our driver got tickets from the park staff that said 12:10PM since they're WALK IN ticket. Our driver then assigned one "leader" from each group to hold the ticket and a wad of cash they collected from each person for the $25 per person entry fee. Then our driver quickly said "The time doesn't matter on the ticket, they will let you in, wait on line and I'll pick you up at this same spot at 1PM. Also you have to leave the beach by 12:30PM to make it back to me on time". All the drivers then left and our groups were left on our own to figure things out.

WE WAITED OVER 2 HOURS TO ENTER THE PARK. TURNS OUT THE TIMES DO IN FACT MATTER TO THE ACTUAL PARK STAFF.

To break it down, we initially got to the park around 8:20AM and didn't get to enter until 10:26AM. After watching the educational videos mandated by Hanauma Bay and then waiting for trolleys to get down to the actual bay, we didn't get to start snorkeling until almost 11AM.

We paid for a reservation with this company from 8AM to 2PM. And even with transportation, there is NO excuse as to why none of us even got two hours out of this.

THE ACTUAL TIME SNORKELING WAS SHORTER THAN THE WAIT TIME.

The irritation felt resonated throughout every person who booked with this company. There is a legitimate snorkeling rental stand on the bay so if you want a hassle free experience, just rent a car or uber to the bay early in the morning and rent there.

Good value for money - probably the cheapest snorkel tour of Hanauma Bay. The driver was prompt picking us (8am) up near our hotel and meeting us at Hanauma Bay to bring us back (1pm). Lots of time to snorkel. The gear was OK, not the best, but functional for the average holiday snorkeler. I suggest that you go in the afternoon as I found out it is cloudy in the morning but clears up by 11 am.

Very organized with the ticketing, hotel pick-up and distribution of the rental equipment. We rented life preservers, chairs, snorkeling stuff and an umbrella. Driver was informative and helpful. Very fun day at Hanama Bay snorkeling.
