From the start of the process to the final clean-up, everyone involved was professional and attentive. They installed a mini-split heating system with six indoor units and two outdoor units. Isaac and Frank worked long hours and started early, completing the installation in just three days. On the last day, they even added an unplanned sixth unit. Curtis took my call and quickly arranged for everything to be delivered to the job site. Isaac and Frank stayed late on that Friday evening to make it happen! What impressed me most was their strong work ethic. It was great to see two young individuals collaborating as a team and taking pride in their work, which is something we don’t see often these days. After watching their process and dedication on the first day, it was clear that I made the right choice in having this team handle the project.

These guys are true heroes. Before I contacted Harmony Heating & Air Conditioning, I had never used their services or any other furnace repair company. I had to reach out to them one evening when my furnace started acting up right before a long holiday weekend. They kept in touch with us all night via phone and social media. When Easton, their technician, got overwhelmed with calls, Frank, the boss, turned around his trip to his holiday cabin to drive back and work on my furnace at midnight. It didn't matter to him that it was a brand they didn't sell or hadn't serviced before. When the old furnace eventually gave up, they quickly arranged a replacement because my partner has health issues and couldn't cope without it. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were helpful and on time, and the new replacement furnace is one of the best and most reliable I've ever seen. Our house is at the perfect temperature all day, every day. I held off on writing a review until we'd had some time to test it out, not just because I was impressed by their customer service. If anyone asks, I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They do remarkable work and will go above and beyond to look after their customers.

Our furnace gave out. Being a fan of comparing prices, I didn't hesitate to get quotes from 2 large retail reps and 2 local furnace repair services. The local folks had no problem beating the prices of the larger competitors (even after one big chain store knocked off $1,500 from the furnace price) and boy, the difference in their approach was noticeable. These furnace repair pros were responsive, trustworthy, and offered top-notch service with a dependable range of products. We decided to go with a unit package - a heat pump for the summer and a natural gas heater for the winter. They truly have a solid grasp of their craft. I can't emphasize enough their dedication and meticulousness. For a minor expense, they even managed to fix our gas oven while installing our new furnace. Without a doubt, they are our go-to for all our heating and cooling needs. Buying local certainly has its benefits!
