Fabulous, beautiful, majestic and intimate. Perfect setting for a momentous occasion.
It was perfectly segmented to create separate area’s for everything , but can feel a little tight at times for the guests. An open bar solves all this immediately.
Three main area’s which quickly becomes two after the ceremony. Great for under 150 guests.

Felt a little tight after a while and really forced everyone into tight spaces. Picturesque on tape.

DO NOT misunderstand the signs telling you exactly where you can go and what you can do there. I hit a nicotine vape in the parking lot past a “Smoking—>” sign, and got run down like I was taking a dump in the foyer. I was passive aggressively walked off the parking lot towards other degenerates like myself where everyone had gotten chewed out for the similar experiences… \_(‘ ‘)_/ maybe I’m being petty, but occasions like this require a little more positivity or even a solution based approach. I swear, if you held a pen to your mouth you would be asked to leave the premises. Not smoker friendly, of any kind.

We were here to celebrate our neice's wedding. What a beautiful venue! You would never know it is located on a busy street. The house, ceremony area, reception area, and visiting space were ample and gorgeous! They had The Habit food truck for their food....and it was amazing! Their desserts were from Nothing Bundt Cakes....nummy! The florals were stunning, the DJ kept it rockin and moving all night long. The staff kept things running smoothly all throughout their special day. ?

Before I gush about this lovely place I want to say that if anyone is looking for an LGBT+ friendly venue, this is one of them! ?

Absolutely beautiful place! We went on a full house and garden tour here to see if we would like it for our wedding. (We do) The woman who greeted us was soo nice and helpful. So was the handsome man who came to help with the tour! (a cute cat named Phantom) ?

We were shown each part of the venue, given spesific details on how each section worked and how our guests would be helped throughout the day. They have a lot to offer and while it seems small from the street, there is plenty of room!

The grounds are lush and well taken care of and the house itself is to die for. They have also built around the origianl trees instead of tearing them down which I admire. I could say so much about the beautiful interior is and how adorable each room in the house is but this is getting to be a long review already.
If you're interested they have many opportunities to tour the property. I highly recommended this place and can't wait to have our wedding here.
(Bonus: No cake cutting fee as of yet!)

Attended my niece Sarah's wedding last night. The property was nice! It did rain ? but the hosts were prepared with umbrellas for every guest! Dance floor was a bit small but it served its purpose. The only downfall was the lack of restrooms ? Definitely should upgrade property with more restrooms. Bride & Groom were quite happy with their wedding, and that's most important!
