Everything was perfect. Just a suggestion. I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn’s. Changing up the breakfast would be great. I don’t need anything lavish. I usually have special K cereal with strawberries, cranberry juice. Sometimes scrambled eggs and bacon when it is available. My suggestion would be just plain special K cereal, maybe some bagels to put in toaster. Otherwise everything is great.

The standard king room was more than enough space for my brief stay. The amenities offered are sufficient to make your stay pleasant without much need for want. My overall negatives are just my requirements for sleep & relaxation and are not reflective of the hotel's offerings. This was a fine stay & a good choice based on my meeting location as it was 10-15 minutes away. The location in a strip mall made gaining access to needs easy.

We’ve stayed here several times before. It’s very convenient to shopping, eating, and the sports park - which is why we were here. I originally booked Friday and Saturday night but found our tournament was only Sunday so we cancelled Friday. Unfortunately the price was adjusted to “current market” price for Saturday night meaning it was only $60 cheaper. This was quite a letdown. The bathroom could have been cleaner but otherwise the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Positive: Easy to get to, friendly staff, great breakfast!! And beds were so comfy! Negative: While it was very clean, there was some updates to be done- cracked tile in bathroom floor, ceiling in lobby looked like it was leaking, etc. but again it was clean

We spent one night there for business. Let me say first, the front desk staff both the night we checked in and the next morning was EXCELLENT. Great customer service.

We checked in and got a key to our room very quickly. The front desk staff was pleasant and efficient.

Got up to our room (there is a tag on the door that says - not yet ready). I didn't use the key but called down to the front desk. He assured me the room was ready. I kept him on the phone and used the keycard. The linens were piled on top of the bed and on the floor. They ended up trying to find another room for us while I waited on the phone and then brought a new key upstairs for us.

The room was fine but "tired" looking ( as was most of the property). It was however, very clean! The bed was fine, and I loved the pillows.

The noise from road traffic outside was obnoxious, as was the noise in the room when people above us started showering in the morning. Super noisy pipes ( I mean, you couldn't sleep through the noise) and then also just a ton of general hallway noise. More than in most hotels.

It's close to restaurants and food.

This hotel is in a very convenient location. There is a variety of stores and restaurants near by. The hotel was surprisingly quiet. The most noise we heard was from room doors closing as they are kind of loud. The breakfast was nice with a good variety. I was happy to see turkey sausage available since we don't eat pork. The pool water was actually warm which seems to be a rarity anymore. My biggest complaint would be the attention to detail on the renovations the hotel has done. I hope the contactor was fired because the patch jobs are less than ideal. This would not stop me from staying at this hotel again though. All and all it was a nice experience.
