I enjoyed my stay. I stayed 4 nights and can’t say I wasn’t pleased. There is just one thing I will say I didn’t like and it was the temperature in the room being controlled. I love sleeping in a cold room for better night sleep and I was so hot! Besides the automatic air conditioner, bed was comfortable room was clean and room service was excellent. Staff was attentive. Walls are thin, but I still managed to get my rest. I would recommend and I would book again if in the area.

We’re 3 days into a 7 day stay…so far it has been wonderful. Amazing breakfast and incredible service! They even raised the temp on the indoor pool for our enjoyment! This will be my first pick when I return in a few months!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their friendliness truly set a welcoming tone.

The hotel itself is impeccably maintained, with pristine facilities that reflect a high standard of cleanliness. My room was not only spacious but also thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of adventure.

However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast! It was an impressive spread of delicious hot options, all served in a spotless dining area. The variety was fantastic, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day.

Have stayed with this particular hotel several times - as my family members travel to Zion for care at City of Hope. While other hotels in town offer discounts for patients, as a Diamond member have chosen to stay with IHG. Changes with an appointment occurred within 24 hours of my most recently scheduled stay (cancellation policy required 24 hours). Not only would this hotel NOT allow the cancellation and provide a refund (per their policy) they wouldn't allow me to move the stay to a later date (3 days later). Diamond support offered to help get it moved but was met with the same resistance from hotel staff. A little compassion for those visiting Zion for the same reasons we are could go a LONG way.

**While the hotel still collected all the funds for the stay IHG Corporate offered points as a resolution.

Upon arrival we were greeted with big smiles and made to feel welcomed. The entire hotel looked very new. The room was spacious and very clean. It had a nice big screen TV and the WiFi worked good. I thought the pillows were too soft and squishy so you might want to bring your own. Later in the evening someone checked into the room beside of us and we could hear everything. The walls are very thin. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice big breakfast in the morning. Sausage gravy, biscuits, sausage Pattie’s and omelets among other items. Unfortunately the biscuits were very hard and the sausage patties were over cooked. The second morning everything was much better. Our key cards kept stopped working which was a nuisance. We were going to get in the pool but it was a little to cold for us. Overall the stay was very nice and I would definitely recommend staying here.
