My family and I stayed during the storm. Check in was amazing quick and easy. Rooms were very large and beds were very comfortable. The coffee bar and breakfast was amazing every morning. Staff was always kind and knowledgeable about area and situation with the storm. This would be a great place for family or romantic get away! The price was better then most. Full size fridge dishwasher in rooms and amazing shower. Worth Every Penny!

I wanted to like this place more than I did. Nice, newer facility with some of the laziest employees I’ve witnessed in any hotel. The women at the front desk stood around talking and looking at their phones while the breakfast area needed cleaning. Our room had been barely cleaned. I like the location and facility but they have serious HR issues.

Located in a new development so location can be confusing. Clean and new, the front desk staff were friendly but the cleaning staff could use a bit of training. I had a lot of luggage and instead of letting me use the elevator to go up to my room, a cleaning staff entered the elevator and just said sorry and made me wait for the next one.

Breakfast is top notch, best free breakfast I’ve had at any Hilton location. Wish the waffle batter was a bit thinner so it gets the Belgian crisp with a single round of cooking.

I work for the State of Georgia and I must say I was very pleased with my stay. I was in town to help out with the storm victims for a week at the civic center. The hotel had the best beds and it was always a peaceful restful night! The attendees took very great care of us, they always greeted us when we entered the establishment rather it was morning or late at night! They always had a smile. Especially the young lady that had the face paint for the holiday season ( Holloween ?). She does an amazing job!!!!! Thank you for a clean and professional stay.

Once again not even close to Hilton Standards. We stayed here back in November. Figure BRAND new hotel. Spoke to Nicki about that experience.
Since we're heading towards mnts. thought most issue would of been resolved. NOPE
Customer service is the WORST ever. Checking in waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. To busy playing with phone. No hello welcome to home 2 suites. Was told room not ready due to having No housekeeping. Come back in an hour.
Room clean but smell of smoke from near by burning of brush. Terrible smell the whole entire night.
Felt like was at a camp fire. Just needed marshmallows.
It was 42 upon arrival ran a.c. and kept bathroom fan going entire time to help with smell.
Upon leaving at 5:00 a m. Young lady at front desk barely picked head up to once again acknowledge us. We said goodbye. The young lady said NOTHING....not safe travels,have a nice day. Again,need to be taught manners. Definitely not HILTON way. Extremely disappointed once again.
Managers hopefully you read this and better yet have your front end employees read the reviews.
Asked for extra pillows due to husbands arm surgery when reservation was made . Husband typed it on form. Nope...no one reads. Been told front end clerk is suppose to handle that. To busy with head buried in phone.
Sitting back in office not acknowledging anyone on account it wasn't 3:00 yet!
Will someone take the time
to even due basic training with your employees. Sad,brand new hotel being run into the ground!

I was disappointed in this stay. The location is good and the building is relatively new, but the staff does not seem to care about their guests. Front desk staff were surly everytime we interacted. Unclean sheets were put in our room on our first night and had to be changed out. Breakfast is microwaved fair. Windows are not sealed properly so noise and pollution from the parking lot filters into the rooms. Smokers are allowed to camp outside the front door.

So my fiancé and I travel a lot for work. This stay only happened to a reschedule flight. I am a Marriott Stan… I used to be a Hilton girl… until their customer service took a dramatic turn for the worst. As with this stay upon arriving to the hotel we were greeted by a lovely front desk attendee. Everything went smoothly. As we asked for a later check out…. Some woman came from no where and was state “naw we can’t do that”. I redirected my attention back to the front desk woman and waited for her answer. She replied with the question of “how late?” We stated our flight was at 4, so 2 would be great since we are so close to the airport. The sidebar unaddressed, unwarranted woman who painfully kept engaging interjected again…”Naw check out is at 11.” I again redirected my attention to the front desk clerk. She stated the latest I can do is 12. My fiancé replied “wow, usually with Diamond Elite we can get a later check out. I’ve left as late as 4:00.” Before the clerk could reply the sidebar clerk blurted out they were understaffed and can’t be doing all that. I just took my keys and walked to the elevator because I was over interacting with the unintroduced staff member.

Checked in around 6pm no problem. Staff friendly!
Entered room with beds made, towels replaced and THAT WAS IT! Dirty counters and sticky floors. Walls had splattered coffee and something on sliding bathroom door into bathroom. Someone else’s hair in the sink. To be fair, called down and staff was friendly and offered to move rooms. I declined as I assume not being picked on, but all rooms would be that way, lack of attention to detail so just cleaned my own room. I was never able to get hot water during overnight stay and extremely weak WiFi. Stayed on 4th floor. Thin walls!! Have stayed in many Home2 Suites and this was not normal experience.
Not much to eat off the exit. Fast food and one below par sit down restaurant was all we encountered.
