It’s beautiful place with unique territory and surrounding. You have traditional Spain vibe but all facilities are modern and comfortable. Outdoor pool and area around it is paradise! Forests, birds, lawns and paths, amazing views, magic architecture, courtyard and chapel, lemon trees… it’s so amazing!
I think, breakfast is too poor- you don’t have any choice, only scrembl with bacon and a lot of bread. There are not vegetables.
You need to put kettles to the rooms or to the common areas.
And nobody speaks English!!! Nobody….🤦‍♀️ It needs to change, because this beautiful place should visit more people, this is quiet natural paradise

When you travel little away from the cities, you can find these magical places. Definitely worth a visit, even that now it was off-season, so pool was not open. Walk path in the forest was magical. Not a long walk, but great visit after a drive.

Only called in for a drink, but we did look round the hotel grounds and the place is absolutely fantastic. It's a bit of the beaten track but if you are passing well worth a look.

The restaurant (lunch/dinner) catered well for vegetarians. Decent continental breakfast too there.

Amazing location & hotel, great facilities, nice staff, great rooms, & good breakfast. Was let down by the AC not working in the room, so not a great nights sleep, staff didn't seem interested let alone offer any discount for the faulty facilities!

Now this place was a lovely surprise. The rooms were superb and amazing value. No fuss, delightful old convent in tranquil setting. And the restaurant was amazing! Staff friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure.

A lovely oasis of a hotel, tucked away on a hill as one might expect of a convent. The staff were lovely, friendly, and gracious as can be. I was impressed with their poise in the face of another guest I found to be exceedingly rude. I stayed for two nights, laid-up in pain from walking the GR7. The property is littered with bulging citrus trees. The restaurant serves a brilliant dinner and a solid breakfast. Why the four stars? The coffee is holding them back. That may not be fair, but I’m a coffee snob. So for me, having bad coffee is unfair. My suggestion? Contact the G.O.A.T - HasBean Steve (www.hasbean.co.uk). He’s got the only thing La Almoraima needs.
