Friendly and helpful. Lovely albeit small room and very central place to stay. Great restaurant around the corner for dinner.

I spent a few days with my uncle, and it was truly amazing—everything was spotless and the staff was very attentive. I want to highlight Alba and Julieta, who always greeted us with a smile both when we arrived and when we left.
We’ll definitely be back—100% recommended!

Arrived at 10pm was checked in ok.
Room ok and clean but we went out for a meal and forgot our keycard and was locked out of our room from 1pm to 8am.
No reception personnel nor a emergency number to contact for access to our room. Yes its our fault we forgotten our key card but this does happen alot all over the world and is not a big problem.
I find it shocking that there was nobody to get intouch with at all.
Very poor and this is a dangerous way of conducting business for a hotel as people need to be able to reach out to a staff member in emergencies.

A nice budget hotel. Our room was basic but squeaky clean so it was perfect for just one night outside Malaga.

You get what you pay for and I cannot deny that at €35 per night, this was a cheap stay. However, not having hot water really irked me. There is also a really strange mix of clear renovations in some elements and really outdated bits in others. Why not update it all? A strange experience but I would not return and I would not recommend this hotel. Update regarding the hotel's response - I let the shower run for over 10 mins and it was still hot. Same with the taps the night before.

Great location and staff however although some rooms looked good and the hotel is good overall the room we stayed in was at the back and non functional, small smalling of mould due to the fact that the bathroom tiles and fittings were coming off the wall, I'd ask for my money back from the builder tbh. Bed wasn't great not much space to put anything so unfortunately I can't give it a 5* as much as I would love to as the staff is great.
