There is SOMETHING WRONG with our ac and they literally are here for 10 minutes and said nothing is wrong when there obviously is because my house won’t cool lower than 80. I called out them out twice and both times it was the same lazy tech who talked to me like I was an idiot because I’m a woman. Homeowners KNOW when something is wrong and not working properly. DO NOT RECOMMEND It’s pretty obvious this company doesn’t care.

Falls A/C and Heating Services Inc. was assigned to diagnose and repair my a/c when it stopped cooling. I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Ashley, Steven, James and Daniel. Each played a part in providing excellent customer service. They worked tirelessly and showed great respect for me and my home. I highly recommend this company!

This company was assigned by my home warranty Monday morning and I received a call within a hour that someone would be out soon! They repaired my a/c replaced the part pretty fast and I had a cool house that night. & they called the next day to make sure everything was good. I definitely recommend them!

I wanted to jump on and give a review, since they seem to be mixed here. I went through the home warranty (First American) and was told it could take up to 48hrs for an appointment to be scheduled. Within an hour, I got a call from David letting me know he'd be here in 10 minutes. He was on time and professional. It turns out our thermostat wire was rusted and needed to be replaced. He was in and out in 15 minutes! We will absolutely use this company again if the occasion ever arises. Hopefully that won't be for a long time, though. Haha

We had a home warranty issue and Dave came out diagnosed the issue and gave us a good price and advice. He gave us options and pros and cons and we told him what we wanted. James installed it and was on time, quick and did a great job.

When we have Falls A/C come out for service, they are always very professional and quickly resolve the problem. We are very happy with their service and would call them again in the future.

I have been using them for 8 years now and would highly recommend them. They are straight-forward, honest, and reliable. They have completely replaced one system (that was 27 years old), and replaced the attic blower in the other. I have had zero issues with anything they have fixed, and was not pressured in either way with the repair vs. replace options.

Mr Falls knows his job v well and v competent and and he knows how to interact with home warranty companies. Satisfied with his work. Will hire him again. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable company. Would not let you down. Thank you Mr Falls and your team for all your help.
