I loved working with Melissa. She was my Day of Coordinator for my wedding! She was so great! I had a phone conversation with Melissa before my wedding and I shared a couple of forms with her. On the day of, I think I had her text me one question and that was it. I had no other worries and as bride, that’s so important! She took care of so many things that day and I believe it went very smoothly because of her. I even forgot my garter and she came up with the idea of using a ribbon and it worked! Melissa served as our Day of Coordinator for my husband and I’s wedding in April 2024. When we initially chatted, Melissa made me feel super comfortable and she cultivated trust. I had no hesitations and we went ahead and booked her.

We did a venue tour about a month out where we went over questions and site details. On the day of our wedding, Melissa took care of all of the details which included overseeing set up of both the ceremony and reception areas at our venue, being the contact person for our vendors, and ensuring we stayed on schedule with our photographer and for the wedding.

She was so incredible to work with and she ensured that we could enjoy our wedding day together and not have to worry about little details. As an event planner myself, I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking at ways to ease stress and enjoy their wedding day! Just wow! Melissa is absolutely the best! She’s the most creative and organized planner I’ve ever worked with. She planned my twin girls sweet 16 party. We communicated through text and she came to the house to get the girls input so

Melissa was amazing to work with! From our first meeting, I knew I had found the right wedding Day Coordinator! She was prompt to respond to my emails and texts. On our wedding day, April 2024, she made sure everything went smooth according to our timeline, and even though I was unfortunately 45 mins late to our ceremony, she made sure our guests were comfortable and aware of the situation! Where should we start. My Wife and I could not have found a better -Day of Coordinator- as Melissa!!!. Throughout our wedding planning it became very difficult with decision making and nevertheless the day of. As days approached we reached out as our previous coordinator was no longer available. We only had 2 weeks left and with a short timeframe Melissa was able to support and up to the challenge. Although it was a short notice, she Melissa was Calm, and prepared.
