La comida no tenía buena presentación y estaba fría, para ser un servicio de compra y recogido al momento.

They have messed my order up a few times in a row now and I would like to see past that but it’s getting a little out of hand. We ordered a combo and we were not charged for a combo but everything separate. I ordered a bacon platter, got the wrong item and got charged for extra bacon? I tried letting staff/manager know about the issue and she was nothing but rude and unprofessional. She believed she was right when I have the receipt to prove it.

Overall terrible experience and I think staff needs to be reworked

While the restaurant was clean enough and the food didn't make me violently sick, the staff was confrontational and rude. I've never experienced such hostility at such a happy place. Goodbye Jack, time to get my gut blasting tacos at TBell 😢

Okay - this was a great burger. Don’t you hate it when you are served something unrecognizable from what is advertised? Not the case at Jack in the Box. I’d never eaten here before, and rarely eat meat now, but this was amazing.

I frequent this jack in the box often as it's my favorite fast food! The hostess was super nice said her name was "Lovely". Always makes sure my order is perfect!
Unfortunatelythe app and website would not let me use any rewards but she also took the time to help out with it as much as possible.
@ The manager: PLEASE either fix the A/C or turn it up! The employee are hard at work back there sweating and I was too, just waiting for my order. It was atleast 10 degrees cooler outside than inside. In Mililani we have one of the coolest climates on island and its not nice for customers to sit in hot, sticky, humid restaurant but also inhumane to employees!

Clean atmosphere, a nice surprise to find very fresh greens in a generous large chicken salad. A plus today is it wasn't crowded, probably because it's a rainy day.

The kid cheeseburger meal was a perfect size serving, perfect for small older senior adult eaters 90 years and older. Comes with a large soda pop drink. We instead opted for hot coffee in the chip.

Ordered food thru Uber last night and never received order. They kept delaying, after 2 hours, we gave up.
We tried again this morning and this time the order was never made. We tried calling jack in the box Mililani, but no one answered the phone.
