I attended the Salt Fork Pachyderm Club (Republican Club) of Saline County Missouri's special event at Jackson's Event Center & Catering, joining an audience of roughly 600 attendees from across Missouri and the Midwest. The featured speaker was General Michael Flynn, 18th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and former advisor to President Donald Trump, who delivered an inspiring address on civic duty, voting, and American strength.
During the event, I had the privilege of meeting General Flynn at our table alongside my father and Tom Adams. Our conversation turned to the country of Georgia, where I spent over 14 years until March 2022 conducting groundbreaking work in film, photography, and journalism - including coverage of NATO, US Embassy, and US Military events, as well as reporting on Georgia's territorial integrity. Flynn expressed that Georgians were "our best friends" and lamented the current administration's impact on US-Georgia relations.
The event featured several other compelling speakers addressing crucial topics, supported by excellent organization, professional security from the Saline County Sheriff's Department, and world-class catering and decor. The gathering drew attendees from major Missouri cities including Jefferson City, Springfield, Kansas City, and St. Louis, with some traveling several hours to participate, from around the Midwest. As a Wedding Officiant I get to see so many Wedding Venues, and I can confirm that Jackson's Event Center & Catering is top notch! The place is spotless, staff are polite, and eager to help! I highly recommend Jackson's Event Center & Catering!

Corey Jackson catered the lunch following my mother in laws funeral. All of the food was INCREDIBLE! Hands down best fried chicken I have ever had in my life!!! There wasn’t one just average dish.....I kid you not, every single dish was so very delicious. I just can’t recommend Mr. Jackson’s catering services highly enough!!!!! For reference, we had fried chicken, ham, rolls, salad, green beans, cheesy potatoes and peach and cherry cobbler. Thank you for a wonderful meal that honored my mother in law!

Corey Jackson and his staff and Venue are OUTSTANDING! It is a wonderful place for smaller groups and up to 500 people. Clean, Nice restrooms, and of course: Corey's great food! Highly recommend!

At the end of a few different gravel roads was this nicely laid out event space with outdoor area overlooking a pond. Plenty of parking. Clean bathrooms. Bar area in the back. Big kitchen area for the caterer.
