We are exceptionally happy with Kat as our sales consultant. We originally bought our family room and kitchen table on the first visit. Our most recent visit included the bedroom set, a rocker chair and two lamps. We started with some knowledge of what furniture we thought should go in the new house, the assistance with the color selections has made this house a showroom and we are so excited to see all of this come together. We plan to come back and complete the remaining rooms with the help of Kat, she is a prime example of a person that will take your interest at heart. Great Job Kat!

Wonderful experience with Jay Gonzalez furnishing our new home. Very helpful , pleasant personality and easy to work with. Knowledgeable about product and able to recommend in agreement with our style for the home. We loved doing business with Jay and will continue to do more! It was great to do so much in one location and have great pricing as well easy delivery and set up. No reason to shop anywhere else because they can get everything and have a huge showroom. I highly recommend Jay Gonzalez for an easy and enjoyable experience. It was like spending the day with a friend.

Giovanni is great! the store offers alot of variety furniture. It's nice to visually see items on display to get a good feel of the item before making the purchase.
Updated review 7/9/24: I first purchased a table, chairs and a bench that I am so in love with. When they scheduled the initial delivery it, they ended up having to be reschedule due to lack of parts to build out the table. I had to follow up with the store at the 8 week mark. I reiceved the bench& chairs first then tables a separate day. They do not take off shoes or wear shoe protectors when delivering. I had a great repor with Gio that I went back to purchase a kitchen island and tv entertainment center. I was able to pick up the base for the entertainment center and use it before I recieved the hutch as they did not have it in stock. The island and hutch I was told is 6-8 week process. Both hutch and island were not delivered within that time frame. When the island was finally delievered it was missing the shelf inside of the unit. I had to inquire about it, follow up and ensure it was reschedule for delivery. The worst for last is the hutch. I will have to update the review once everything is resolved. 1st delivery attempt the delivery drivers spent over 40 minutes trying to figure out how to build 3 pieces together. They gave up saying the screw is not correct and they would have to come back out. They asked if it was ok to leave the peices in the house and I provided the ok to leave it there where ever as i was under the impression they would come back. ( The facility is under 10 minutes from my house). After they lay the items out he tells me to make sure I call the office to reschedule delivery and that he already notified the office. I of course called the office and they had no idea. They couldnt send anyone out the same day but scheduled for next day. The next day the crew comes in and dropped the bridge, still took over 30 minutes to put it together damaged. Mind you both attempts to build out this my husband didnt witness any instruction manual. They left stating they ordered a new bridge. I call the office yet again and they knew nothing about it and escaleted to the issue. I ending up confirmed with Tommy that the part was being reordered.
Today 7/9 They redelived the new bridge with new but different damage. They added holes on where the bridge attaches to the towers and there is a gap in the bridge that shouldn't be there. I sent and email to Tommy, no reply, called, no one answered. I then forwarded the message to Gio who escalted to the mangers. I also left a bad delivery service review and not one call back. To spend almost 3k on and item and to get this kind of service is absolutely ridiculous!
