We have now bought 5 vehicles from Jonesboro Cycle in a little over a year and have enjoyed most of the process. Overall they do a good job. However, they do get busy in peak times and you may not get as much personable service at you'd like. They have a huge selection of inventory which is perfect, the showroom is clean, they let you sit on and experience whatever you're looking for. I was able to test ride the bike I was most interested in. Clayton Hales was a joy to work with as a sales guy.

During my time searching for my first motorcycle I was very thankful to have such great staff help me through the process. I had Lambert Dakota help me on the phone when I spoke of purchasing this 2025 Triumph Speed 400 and thankfully I was able to reserve it! Once I arrived Dakota had the bike ready to ride which was amazing especially his expeditious nature of getting it out for me. After falling in love with the bike I was helped my Jimmy in Finance that was by far one of the most patient and helpful folks I could have asked for. He answered my questions & if he did not have it he would take the time to call around and get an answer. His determination to help his customers understand every dollar being spent, the warranty explanations and more gave me the confidence to say that I would gladly recommend anyone go to Jonesboro Cycle & ATV for their motorcycle purchase! Thank you again Lambert & Jimmy

My sales man Hunter McGraw was awesome! He made my purchase not just a purchase but a memory Ill cherish the rest of my life.. This place had all the toys you could ever want. Every one was smiling and very friendly. I had lunch at the bistro restaurant onsite while waiting for accessories to be installed and the food was good also. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience.

I stopped by recently just to look around and get a feel for what’s out there, and I have to say—Logan Hale made the experience way better than I expected. Even though I wasn’t ready to buy yet, he still gave me his full attention, treated me with total respect, and made me feel like a priority from the moment I walked in. Logan took the time to answer every question I had (and I had a lot), walked me through different options without any pressure, and genuinely seemed to care more about helping me find the right fit than making a quick sale. That kind of service is rare. You can tell he loves what he does and takes real pride in making sure people feel confident and informed, no matter where they are in the buying process. I left feeling excited, educated, and 100% certain that when I am ready to pull the trigger, Logan’s the guy I’m going to. If you’re thinking about a bike—whether you’re ready to buy or just doing your homework—go talk to Logan. He’ll treat you right.
