Mario was great! I live out of Danville and I was still able to meet with him at Walmart for pick up and drop off! I had my son’s Nintendo switch wrapped in paper towel to hide from him because he thought Santa was fixing it! Little did he know Mario was the Santa that saved his Christmas! I am very happy with the service I was provided and will always recommend him to others! Thank you again!

My nephew’s phone had a bunch of gunk under the screen and was all messed up. I called Juke and they came out and got the phone at 1:00pm and told me they would let me know if it could be fixed in 24-48 hours. They called me at 4:00 that same day and brought the phone back at 5:00 looking and acting like a new phone. I was impressed by the work they did. They charged a $30 diagnoses fee that was then applied to the cost of the repair. The repair cost $60 total. Before junking your phone, give Juke a try. I am a very satisfied customer that would call them again.

Mario is very prompt at responding. He is fair and lets you know the cost up front. He comes to your door, picks up the item to be repaired and gives you a realistic timeline for it to be done. Once done, he returns it to your doorstep. He just fixed my daughter’s PlayStation and I just got ahold of him to fix her iPad, too!

Man when I tell you the jukes gaming Mobile service is the best I was able to go to Danville and do what I had to do and he came picked up the phone. Dropped it off fast. I’ll buy you Dukes gaming up for your repairs. Absolutely recommend 100%.

I took my TV into Mario at Juke gaming and was assured that they could fix it so I paid them $200.00 dollars up front for parts and labor. After several months and a lot of excuses I Was told that they have had a lot of problems fixing my brand of TV. I feel that this is info that could have been shared up front! I finally got a partial refund and honestly I'm just glad I got away with that after all the waiting. Based on this experience I can not recommend them for repairs it just seemed to me that they were learning as they went and was even told that it was a learning experience for them.

Only getting one star because I had to rate it to leave a review or else it would be a 0 rating. I purchased an Xbox one s from him & had to wait for it to "be ready" . When we got home I hooked it up and the hdmi did not work and the controller was an old dirty wired controller. He does not offer refunds. So I had to wait a week for another xbox one s to come in. About 3 months later, it stopped working completely. I should have just ordered one from game stop and had a one year warranty for $50 more and brand new. My loss, but lesson learned.

The gentleman name Mario whom assisted me was great. Great deal of items for gaming and great selection of computers as well as other items like movies, wrestling characters, headsets, etc. Most of all was able to get the part I needed to repair my device. Would recommend
