Kathy's Catfish & Bar-B-Q

Our go to place. Best Catfish I’ve ever had. My Mom lives in Texas and has never liked fish. But she always eats some Kathy’s Catfish when she visits. Yeah that’s how great it is. The vinegar slaw and hush puppies are ultimate compliments to the fish.

We enjoyed a couple of small catfish platters, which were anything but small. The fish was fried perfectly and served piping hot. Our waitress was super nice. Hope to eat there again soon.

Drove by a couple days ago and stopped in. The place is very casual and very friendly. The catfish platter was very good: fried catfish, onion rings, hush puppies, and slaw. The slaw was different from what I've ever had and not to my taste, but everything else was very good. OTOH, my cardiologist may not have approved of all the fried food. Looking at the pics I wish I'd had the pecan pie.

The food was greasy, the hush puppies were the worst I've ever eaten, no onion at all in them... we had the catfish fillets platter...used to be good food...not anymore

The staff is friendly and so sweet. The food is awesome the fish is great. Love going in to eat. It's a none smoking so we enjoy our meal.

Ordered seafood plates and they were over cooked and not good. Hush puppies were the best part of the meal. Not many sides available, French fries or backed potato and only offer vinager slaw. Was very disappointing dining experience.

I would prefer mayonnaise slaw instead of the vinegar kind they serve other than that the food is delicious and I will be ordering take out again and again

Great for meeting friends for lunch tr staff are quite friendly and the food is delicious. The restaurant is down home style cooking and portions were big and it was a delightful visit without being expensive. I truthfully do not like catfish and was delights with all the other choices available.this restaurant is well taken care of and bathrooms are clean and stocked.
