Keith is great- lots of knowledge delivered in a relaxed and laid back style. We saw salmon, seals, even a bear. Totem tour is well done and as interesting as the subject material allows. Reasonable rate of $70 per person, includes ride back to boat. Very good tour.

We just got back from a cruise in Alaska. The trip was indescribable! But we were most impressed by the city of Ketchikan. In particular, the tour with a wonderful guide and driver named Kevin!!!! Our group consisted of 14 people. And everyone, without exception, liked the way Kevin conducted the tour. From the first minute of meeting, he was very attentive to each of us, was patient when we could not fit into the schedule (the beauty is indescribable and it was impossible to just get there quickly). Also, Kevin described the history of the city of Ketchikan very interestingly and in detail. And to top off our trip, we saw a bear. Kevin stopped the bus and gave us plenty of time to observe the bear. And we could also watch a lot of eagle feeding. Kevin was always ready to fulfill any of our wishes. He took photos and videos for us. Kevin is a very kind, intelligent, charismatic father. Only energy came from him, which was enough for all of us! After completing this tour, we came to the conclusion that it was the best, and this is mainly thanks to Kevin! I highly recommend anyone who wants to visit the city to entrust their trip to this great guy!

Had an awesome time in Alaska. Our first stop was Ketchikan. Went on the trolly with Keith. He was great and knows a lot about the history of the area. He took us to quite a few locations including a bridge overlooking the salmon swimming upstream, totem poles with a story for each. Beautiful waterfall and even got to taste salmon egg berries. Keith has a great personality we all enjoyed the tour

We had a great time in Ketchikan. Our guide, Chris was waiting for us early and had us loaded up and on the road. His knowledge of the area and culture and his relationship with the people made the experience that much better. If there was one disappointment it would be we were unable to see the black bears in the wild. Although it was not for lack of trying on Chris's part. Thanks Chris, for an awesome time and educational experience.

Just got home from an Alaskan cruise. Ketchikan was by far, the best spot. They had great shopping and was super affordable. While in Ketchikan we had some luck and met Tim; he drove us from place to place, entertained our group, he also went out of his way to bring us to a shop of one of his friends after I asked him about the hat he was wearing. Showed us some cool shops, bars and drove us back to the port to avoid the long shuttle line so we could soak in every single minute. He was such a joy and we are so lucky that we met him!! Tim was the best part of our trip. I couldn’t recommend this company more if I tried, my group was thrilled with the service we received

On August 3, 2023, we booked a private excursion with this company that cost $400. The tour was fine; however, we left binoculars on the van. We have spoken with Tim several times, and he confirmed that he has the binoculars. I have texted Tim and provided him with the address. Tim promised to return the binoculars by mail, but has not done so. A little over a month has passed, and we have not received the binoculars even though we have offered to pay the shipping charge. He continues to state that he gave the binoculars to his assistant to mail. This makes us question the integrity of the company.

Fantastic experience. Great well informed tour. An absolute must on any visit to Ketchikan!
