The over Night staff attent is very RUDE and unprofessional. The drink machine wasn't working so I went to ask for a return of my money $2.25 I was told I was Interrupting his sleep. Which I thought was weird but I seen he had a pull out cot he was sleeping on. I later learned that him and is wife owns it that's why it wasn't an issue of him sleeping I guess. None of the items was stocked in the room toilet paper, paper cups, tissue, etc.Bath tub was not clean. Won't be staying again I was suggest that you don't either seeing that it's 80.00$ a night.

Positive: Location Negative: This hotel is VERY poorly maintained, dirty, smelly (tobacco smoke, musty/damp smell in the room), the carped is dirty/stained, furniture falling apart, HVAC unit falling apart, etc. A TERRIBLE experience--this hotel is unsanitary and should be shut down!

Surprisingly impressed with the cleanliness of my room for an older hotel. I was skeptical about carpeted rooms in an older hotel and actually stayed at another motel the first week I was here because they had updated floors. We asked to see a room here before we rented it and after inspecting the room, we came here. |The staff is friendly and housekeeping is present everyday, if needed. The hotel is quiet which is important as I am here working an outage at Hatch ( 12 hrs days, no days off). They have cameras on the property and no issues with crime, to my knowledge. They have a continental breakfast( cereal, bread, bagels, muffins, sausage biscuit, yogurt, package donuts, bananas, etc.), washer & dryer, ice machine on site.|* They do allow smoking, so sometimes you can smell it when you enter the lobby but it didn't affect my room and I always bring spray/ plug ins with me when I travel.||*OVERALL, A GREAT VALUE FOR THE AREA.

This was one of the Worst hotels/ inns ive ever stayed in. They did seem like they knew what they originally gave us was unbelievably awful, so they offered to switch our room to a suite. It was still bad but no where Near as bad as the first. I felt defeated at that point and decided to rough it out for 12 more hours since we already paid. In the first room my partner didn't even want to walk around with out shoes. There was graffiti on the head board, and in the bathroom a bit. The water didn't drain in the bathtub. Even though it Was a smoking room, on arrival there was a pile of blunt ashes by the bed, meaning the clean up before the next occupant was far from thorough. There were cigarette burns all on the toilet and bathtub and the toilet leaked in the back. On the website it said the pool was "open" (70- 84° both nights) but it was covered and "closed" the entire time. Even the sign at the street says "pool open". In the "better room" there was a Dirty Diaper and a Used wipe right next to it and i had no babies with me, Again show casing how thoroughly they clean their rooms before visitors. I was Extremely disappointed in my trip.

The hotel was dirty in the room. The bathroom tub was peeling. It was non smoking room but corridors and lobby reaked of smoke causing my asthma to worsen. The beds were broken and needed replacing. Unsavory persons were in and out of the building and outside making us feel unsafe

This was a difficult property to rate. The price was excellent, it was clean, and the staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the fridge was cold, and everything in the room worked. I had my dog with me (they charge an extremely reasonable pet fee), and they gave me a room close to the back entrance, which was handy to a nice amount of grass for walking the dog. There was quite a lot of cigarette buttts and trash at the edge of the parking lot. The motel was well back from the highway, and I never heard noise from the road, or from the Arby's in front of the property. The area had outside lighting and the blackout curtain worked well.||However, the property was showing some age. My A/C struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, especially in the evenings, after the motel soaked in the 94F degrees heat all afternoon. This was with the unit running full blast on the lowest setting 24 hours a day. Not much can be done about that on a weekend, and I was too settled in to change rooms, so I only mentioned it to the front desk person as I checked out. He did say that they were aware of the problem, and they had new units ready to replace the old ones as needed. The bathtub and sink fixtures were old and worn. The room door opened directly into the closet, where the ironing board was hanging. It was awkward to enter unless the door was wide open.||The breakfast was simple. I only tried it once, but I remember 4 types of cereal, some packaged things like muffins and mini donuts, some yogurt, apple juice, milk, and coffee. The breakfast area was clean and quiet. The coffee was surprisingly decent, unlike at many other cheapish motels.||So, overall, I would stay there again, as long as the rates were low enough and the inconveniences remained minor ones.
