Fuimos por una invitación que nos hizo Everbrite de música latina. Al llegar esperamos 4 minutos en que nos atendiera alguien. Después que nos sentamos ordenamos enseguida y 25 minutos después nos llegó la comida. Le dijimos a la mesera que no queríamos algo picante y ella dijo que si llegaba picante ella lo pagaba que no iba estar picante. El pescado estaba picante y el risotto que pedí estaba delicioso. Le dijimos a una de las meseras que nos tomara una foto y después de 5 minutos es que atendió al llamado (pues estaba acomodando otras mesas). En términos generales el ambiente es agradable, los banos están limpios y la atención del front desk del hotel y del valet parking es excelente. Pero pienso que hace falta meseros en el Restaurante. Los precios están O.k pero les hace falta mejor atención “premium” cómo la estructura física del sitio.

Room is nice and clean. View is cool. Hotel isn’t great at answering phones, took awhile to get in touch with them for the shuttle which took quite some time to arrive especially in the chilly temps. Guy at the front desk was awesome. Called down to order room service (bc no one is delivering due to weather) and got hung up on, attempted 3 times before anyone answered and then got transferred to restaurant which never answered. Ended up going down to the restaurant to ask and they said no they would only be doing a buffet tonight. Obviously wasn’t communicated to front desk. Don’t advertise room service and a restaurant with a menu if that isn’t the case on a day to day basis. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. For a four star hotel, I expect better:(

This was one of the best stays I have had in a while. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant. Makayla and Yocelin had exceptional customer service. They both had great attitudes and made we feel like a valued guest. From the moment i spoke with them going to breakfast to the moment I checked out. They were very courteous and professional. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others just based on the service from Makayla and Yocelin and the staff serving breakfast that morning on 10/21.
