My son loves this gym and he asks me every day if we can go to practice. Kimo & Kyle are next level coaching and I would recommend all to come train. This is not an ego driven gym. K-team is the spot to train at! Super helpful, friendly, informative people to learn from. The coaching staff are a bunch of studs. Coach Kimo and coach Kyle are someone you want to learn from. Not only are they good on the mat but they also are honest and hardworking people. When you join K-team you’re not only joining a gym but you’re joining another family. Hard to find gyms like this without egos or drama. ?

The best place to train over on the east side! Multiple classes with great instructors and great family vibe. One of the bigger mat spaces I’ve seen on island as well. This would be my spot of I lived over that way. Highly recommend checking them out. Got good kids classes as well.
