Renters beware when you rent from here!

I had a horrible experience renting from this place! Everything was semi great when I signed contract and handed over my money! I fell in love with this place and even changed the date of my event so I could rent it out for my baby shower! The day of my event the “owner” never responded to a single text message or previous calls I had made to her, it was not until I was 30 minutes into my event time and about 10 calls to her that someone answers her phone not even the owner of the phone could answer her phone and she finally provides me with the code to get into this location! They tell you that no chairs or tables will be set up and you will have to do that but when I arrived they had tables and chairs set up when I asked the Owner she stated that they had an event the previous night and they thought it would be nice of them to leave tables and chairs up but it was not bc the floors were dirty and tables and chairs all over the place, we had no choice but to leave the floors how they were!! My event was very stressful from the beginning due to the owners lack of communication! After my event the Owner can finally txt me just to inform me that I would only receive half of my deposit back due to lack of “cleanliness” which made me upset bc all of my guests helped me cleanup this place and put all the chairs and tables away! After I responded back to her with my response did she respond back no she did not not even to apologize for the inconvenience so if you’d like to be ignored this is the place to rent!
