Outstanding purchase experience at Lichtsinn RV. Everything was first class.The facility is impressive. The sales team, business office, orientation were all very professional. I had an unhurried and very thorough orientation with the new Navion. I definitely recommend the trip to Iowa to do business with Lichtsinn.

From the moment I sent a request for more information about the Winnebago Solis, I was treated with professionalism and honesty. All my questions were answered in a timely manner, from questions on financing to questions about the RV itself. Abby, the sales consultant, was helpful and to the point with what I had asked. I find this to be uncommon in today's world. Brandon, the sales manager, was more than willing to pick up the phone for any issues I had or any questions I had with the banks and the RV sales process. The pickup orientation was helpful for the few questions I did have; the technician was experienced and knew exactly what I was asking and what he was talking about.

Abby called me a few days after I left the dealer to see how my trip was going and if I had any questions pop up during my travels, and this made me feel confident in the dealer I had chosen. She reassured me that if I have any questions, she, along with the team, is always there for me.

Our second RV bought at Lichtsinn and from Adam. I would not buy or trade in with any other dealer. Adam, Hannah, Justin, Chris and Kevin where amazing and the entire process was wonderful. They truly make you feel like family. Well worth the piece of mind working with them and well worth the 3500 mile drive. They are rock stars.

I bought my Winnebago Revel 4x4 in September of 2023 from Lichtsinn Rv in Forrest City, Iowa.
6 months and 13 thousand miles later, it is all that I could have wanted and more. As a noob to RVing, I began my search a few months earlier and did research on Class B RVs. I watched many YouTube videos presented by Ron from Lichtsinn RVs and knew Lichtsinn Rv was the one to go with. The extremely detailed information they provided through their videos convinced me they knew their products better than anyone else period. Thank you RON for those videos. The buying process was easy navigating through their website to place my order. If I had questions, Hannah was there to answer them. The entire team at Lichtsinn RV was outstanding, professional, and knowledgeable. I didn’t mind one bit flying out to pick up my RV in Forest City Iowa. So many other dealerships were closer to me, but I wanted the best! Buying an RV at Lichtsinn RV was a great experience, a pleasure, enjoyable and stress free. I was picked up at the airport and stayed at the recommended hotel just 5 min walking distance to Lichtsinn RV. Even the hotel was great and the staff friendly and professional. The next morning Reed and his team greeted me and I did a complete walkthrough of my Winnebago Revel with Barry. After that, I signed and the keys were handed to me. It was quick and so painless. I was so happy, I even hugged them. The entire buying experience was excellent. Not rushed or pressured and with NO stress. I traveled from Long Island, New York to Forrest City Iowa because I knew I had to go with the best and most trusted Winnebago dealership. I am so glad I did. I still get emails from Reed asking to see if all is well and if I have questions. That is what I call great service for a new lifelong customer. As a New Yorker, you guys rock and have earned my respect and business for treating me like a valued customer.
I want to personally thank Ron for all those great informative videos, the sales team Reed, Hannah, Barry, Brandon and everyone else that helped me purchase my Winiebago Revel.

5 out of 5 stars! Lichtsinn RV & sales consultant Abby Nieman are Outstanding! From the time we were touring RVs during Camp Winnebago; we were made to feel like a welcomed part of the team. The selection process, pickup, tour, and service was spectacular. We considered the parking spots at Lichtsinn our first camping adventure as they were so relaxing & convenient to the entire process. Everything from trading in our previous Winnebago to financing to service was first rate, professional, & pleasant.
This is our 2nd Winnebago & we will only use Lichtsinn RV because of their honesty & commitment to excellence. Thank you again to Abby & the entire Lichtsinn team!

From beginning to end, Lichtsinn did an amazing job. Their website is easy to use, had hundreds of thorough pictures of the unit we bought, and has a massive library of videos introducing features and operating procedures. The facility is extremely clean, organized and inviting. It’s also huge! Staff is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and very professional. Special thanks to Renae in sales, Chris in training, and Kevin in finance. They all worked hard to make our experience top notch. We also worked with parts and service to schedule installation of an item and they made it smooth and easy. By far the best buying experience around!

Lichtsinn RV is without question, the best RV and most professional dealership I have ever worked with.
