Worst hours of any gym I’ve ever been to. They close at 6pm on Sat/Sun, and don’t open till 10am and 7am Sat/Sun which is a joke. They close at 9pm during the week for half the year… $100 per month for a dirty old gym that’s closed half of the day is the definition of a scam. The Steam Room has been broken for multiple months cause they're too cheap to fix it...They didn't have wet wipes available for multiple months because they're too cheap...
The men’s locker room is constantly filthy. The gym equipment is old, dirty and cracking. The gym is always crowded, especially with old people and families who bring their 10 children every day just to run around the gym like it’s a daycare center…
Maybe if the clown who runs the joint would make it 24 hours or at least close at midnight, then it wouldn’t be such a scam.
Shame that some full blown clown is running this gym because it could be one of the best gyms in the country if it had someone else running it.

The facility is huge and there’s a ton of equipment and options of things to do, including pools and hot tubs. The downside is that the fees are expensive and the equipment is pretty poorly maintained—a large percentage of the cardio equipment doesn’t work and many of the machines are old and cracked. The hours are definitely not great for how high the fees are, and there are some cleanliness issues. There’s also no way to pause your membership if you’re on a family plan, so if you’re traveling or have a baby or get sick or injured, you have to keep paying or remove your account. There just aren’t a lot of gym options in town and this is unfortunately one of the better ones.

Great gym for people of any age. We have been members for years and would not go anywhere else. We enjoy all the services they provide to help us on our fitness journey...I like to say "anti-aging" as my workouts!! Enjoy Lisa as our trainer and how this gym caters to all ages.

I have been a member of this gym for about 6 years!
I highly recommend it! There’s tons of high quality yoga classes for no extra cost, huge saltwater pools, private and community hot tubs, dry and wet saunas, CrossFit training, HIIT training, cycling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and so much more!
The Brazilian jiujitsu is my family’s favorite part! We LOVE the atmosphere, structure, workout and family feel of Vidal Jiujitsu, and it’s super affordable to add on!
The entire facility is always kept very clean and the staff is helpful, kind, patient and just awesome! We love Lifetime!

There is something for everyone here!

Absolutely loving this gym, the classes make it worth it! Veronica with Zumba is absolutely amazing and her energy is so contagious.

I have also went to Group Power with Nicole and I had such a great workout there. She was very supportive and very helpful!

Most classes are included in the membership, though Jiu Jutsu and Pilates have an added cost.

The gym is fully staffed at all times which I really do appreciate. As well as cardio is all up and running. The pools and Jacuzzi are open for free swim as long as there isn't classes, going on. Very relaxing.

Just me nitpicking at this point but the gym equipment is not wiped down regularly and are dirty. However, I just wipe before and after I use the equipment anyways so its not that big of a deal to me. I do appreciate there being two separate weights areas.

Once again absolutely loving this gym and all the classes that are offered, and the instructors enthusiasm and support.

To start I love the concept of this gym with their classes, facilities and amenities. All of the trainers are fantastic. It is a pretty expensive gym but I don’t mind the cost considering all that is included. The only two things about this gym which I really wish would be improved are it’s cleanliness (mainly in the locker room) and the number of unsupervised children (under the age of 10) who run around the weight area and occupy the equipment to just sit. It doesn’t seem to me that the steam room is cleaned regularly and it is often very slimy and dirty. This could end up causing mold/mildew concerns given the humidity. The showers also often have a good amount of dirt in them. I have noticed that the locker rooms have actually gotten worse over the past 6 months regarding cleanliness. This gym would be perfect if you guys clean and maintain the locker rooms…..

I have been a member for eight years now and pay over $100 a month for my husband and myself to be on a membership. I walked in today with my two children who are one and three and was chased down by a rude front desk. Member (Janelle) who did not give me an option to pay for my three-year-old just told me you better not be planning on swimming with them because I double checked your membership and they are not on it. I have brought my daughter swimming in the past, and never had a word said to me so her approach and demeanor was completely uncalled, for I would’ve happily paid after being told what the policy was for my 3year old.
I did receive a phone call today asking about my experience and seeing if there is anything that can be done to retain my membership which I appreciated.

This is a very nice gym for Casper. It is clean!Overall, friendly staff for the most part. My only complaint is that there isn’t anything for kids. We came from a gym that offered childcare classes throughout the whole day, to having to pay for my oldest to join a CrossFit class on top of our membership. I wish this gym pushed the importance of fitness starting at a very young age, and offered fun classes for all ages. Other than that small inconvenience, we love it here.
