Home is loaded with amenities. Bikes, four kayaks, fishing poles, board games, etc.. fish from dock. Super clean, remodeled home. Minutes from the best restaurants and bait shop. Easy access. Upscale neighborhood. Very impressed! ENJOY!!

Great Family Vacation full of adventure! We are so glad we stayed in this home in Hernando Beach. Initially we were looking at staying in Crystal river, but this location allowed us to easily see Crystal river, but also explore so much more. Our boys fished off the dock as soon as they woke (way too early) and also until we made them come in late at night as they were trying to catch the winner of their nightly biggest catfish contests. They caught catfish, sun perch, mullet, and a crazy looking long-spined sea scorpion in the canal out back and enjoyed swimming there, too. We brought a couple kayaks with us, but we enjoyed using the kayaks provided as well so that we could all go out together in the canals. We paddled out to the gulf, which was quite easy. We rented a boat right next door to the neighborhood and went scalloping one day…what an adventure and so much fun when we found the right spot! It was like a real life, underwater Easter egg hunt. The house had everything we needed, and I didn’t overpack by any means for this trip. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The appliances were fantastic, and I have washer and dryer envy now. I came prepared with the usual necessary items like dish soap and detergent and TP and clorox wipes, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the house stocked with all of those things! Plus a keurig brewing station stocked w supplies, in addition to the regular coffee maker in the kitchen. Spices in the cabinet for cooking too. Lovely decor and updated interior design. Wonderful place, wonderful location, wonderful hosts, wonderful trip, wonderful memories. 10/10.

This is amazing 3/2 vacation home with great fishing right behind the house.. Great for family gatherings with cool coastal decor. Hernando Beach is a very quiet family community with cool restaurants and waterfront tiki bars. Easy access from Tampa International... about an hour away. Weeki Watchee river is 5 mins away for a change of pace.

Great place! Super clean, open airy spaces. Easy to locate; close to groceries etc incase you need anything. We have never visited this area, and were pleasantly surprized. It was an easy drive from Tampa International Airport, and a great meet-up location for our family! Kayaks and bikes always an added plus!

We loved the backyard with the fire pit, lights at night, and fishing off the dock. We rented a pontoon boat for the day and went to the Flats. It was just the needed relaxation we were looking for!

This home is a fabulous place. Brand new interior decorated in coastal decor so it feels like a resort. Kitchen equipped with many many small appliances, new refrigerator with ice in the door ( a family favorite), amazing coffee bar and more. It is more spacious than the photos show! Loved all the kayaks and bikes and scooter and other play toys! The location was beautiful with quick access to the gulf as well as convenient to groceries and the local springs. We loved our stay!!!!

Perfect quiet family vacation spot! Our kids stayed outside the entire trip enjoying kayaking, swimming, biking, & fishing, & we brought our paddle board for them to enjoy.

The Lily House is the best and the hosts, Brian and Janine, are real pros at this. We have stayed twice and will return every time we visit. I highly recommend you stay at one of their properties...
