My niece was planning her wedding and it was taking place in Waverly. I sent multiple emails via the email provided on the website for this business. I never received one email back. I also called a few times and could never get anyone to answer the phone.

The day of the wedding, I had to purchase 2 yellow roses and I walked into the store and was asked what I needed. I told her that I needed to purchase 2 yellow roses. She said I will have someone else help you and she walked to the back of the store and told someone back there what I was looking for.

The lady said I will have to go in the back and see what I have. She did and came out with 2 yellow roses. She asked if I wanted babies breath with the flowers and I explained to her we would just be using the petals so that was not necessary. She acted like she was bothered by me being there and then telling her that I did not need babies breath. She came back out and handed me the roses that were wrapped hap heartedly in tissue paper.

If you have a business and have a way for customers or potential customers to contact you, or a phone you should answer the emails and the phone. Even if you have no intention of helping the person or if you are not interested.

We had a GREAT experience at every other business we worked with for her wedding in Waverly and would absolutely recommend any of them. I would not recommend this business, in my own opinion.

Wonderful store with joyful employees and great selection! I love the historicity, aesthetic, and scent of the store. It’s a good place with reasonable prices to buy flowers and gifts for your wife, that’s what I did and will keep doing. 😃

If you are looking for a store with unique items that you can't find anywhere else but like a small town feel, Love and Lace is the place to go! Not only do they have cute, trendy and affordable clothes but their home decor is top notch! The staff is friendly and upbeat and I'm always greeted with a smile. Check out Love and Lace today, you won't be disappointed!

We had previously went to a big chain store to book our wedding suits. We weren't very happy with how we were treated and how impersonal they were. Nonetheless we put down a deposit. The next day we went to love and lace (we are getting our flowers there) and asked about tuxes. Hands down better experience nicer, faster, they actually seemed like they cared about what my fiancé wanted done and did I mention it was almost $100 cheaper per suit that we actually liked better? We were VERY happy with our experience. Highly recommended. If you can come here it's worth the drive. I was glad to lose my deposit at the other place.

What a WONDERFUL florist! I’m in Portland, Oregon, and called Love and Lace in Iowa asking for help on an arrangement to (hopefully) be delivered this afternoon. Victoria didn’t skip a beat and assured me it could be delivered in time for a 4:00 service! WOW! We chatted a bit about my wishes for an arrangement for a loved one who has passed and she had some creative ideas that suited perfectly!
Her professionalism and kindness are a perfect fit for call in customers! I just wish I could have been in the shop in person after having seen pictures on the web site! It looks like a lovely place! To top off my lovely phone experience, not an hour and a half after I placed the order, Victoria texted me a photo of the incredibly beautiful arrangement sent on our behalf! We are thrilled with this charming Florist.

The atmosphere at Love and Lace is wonderful! There's a wide variety of women's clothing, bags, scarfs and jewelry. Also, large selection of gifts with a great staff to give you good ideas for your decorating. A must see place in Waverly!
