My experience at this location was nothing but LOVE. I was seen on the side of the Dental office area. But before coming in, I was a lil nerve wrecked, but my Dental Hygienist Sutina Monte and Her Staff Included Mrs Mary, made my day at the dental office made me, feel so special, and pleased to be there. This will be the spot for my regular check ups and other needs. Thanks so much Team. You all really knows how to show love, and it goe beyond your work behind the desk.EG~78

You can barely get an answer on the phone . Very sad how it’s operated on the customer service side but the hygienist are excellent but limited?

I had a dentist appointment on 02/18/2020 at the Lumberton offices. My experience was awesome. I felt the warmth of true Sympathetic. The staff made me feel like I was family. I’m very please with my vist.

It was my first time here . I was seen by a Dentist. He was amazing , he took his time with me ask questions showed me the xray.. The staff there was really help ful.. I'm planning to bring my whole family to this place.. I never seen a person take his time and care like he do.

The staff from whiteville lied and caused me to seek medical else where and trouble between my wife and I and now they are holding my medical records hostage will not release them because my new provider with what I was told and what they have found are completely different and the meds they had me on were way to strong
