Hola ? me hablaron del hotel q era excelente, reserve dos día para este fin de semana y el baño está súper sucio la cortina rota y techo también. La estufa sucia.

Good and bad. ||Good: the room was spacious, the king bed was comfortable, the lady in the breakfast area is super nice. Breakfast is scrambled egg disks, sausage patties, breads/bagels for toasting, make-it-yourself waffles, cereal/milk, yogurt, oatmeal cups, fruit, I'm sure I've forgotten something. It was perfect for us. The lobby looks to have been fully remodeled and modernized, looks really nice.||Could be better: 1 small trash can in the bathroom. Ice machine is in lobby area.||Bad: I booked thru Travelocity because they offered full refund up to a day prior to arrival for our reservation (our plans were iffy - we had an appointment where the date could have possibly changed). There was to be a $2 fee upon arrival for "locally collected mandatory fees/taxes" which was printed on my order confirmation, I had no issue with that as it was clearly stated. However when we arrived at 10:30 PM after an 8 hr drive, we were informed we had to pay $5, despite my printed order confirmation for $2 that I showed them at the desk. We also had to pay $100 deposit which was not disclosed anywhere when I made the reservation. They said it was because I booked thru a 3rd party. They said it is refundable upon checkout, but when we checked out they said it would be at least 7 business days before we receive a refund. We will have to wait to see when we receive the refund. So we've paid twice for the same room. Unacceptable business practice in my opinion. ||If we have trouble receiving deposit I'll post another review.

Before you book, know this is two hotels in one - Mainstay extended suites and sleep in. Nowhere online says this information. When I checked in the owner or the owner's wife checked me in. I booked my reservation through the hotel website and did my research on the pet fee ($50 per pet max 2 pets) but upon check in she charged me $270 for the pet fee. When I asked where the difference came from because the website said $50 she said a few things that did not make any sense. Nonetheless I paid it rather than argue and she told me when I check out to remind them of the fee so they can refund me $70 for the deposit. When I went up to my room number 217 and inspected everything I noticed the bedsheets were dirty and not changed. I then realized the door does not fully close/lock, I went down to talk with them. She and another worker said that you have to pull the handle up when closing the door to make sure it locks properly and they typically do not put women in this room due to this issue. Later on I realized the latch to the room was off the handle and on the floor, so again I went down to talk with the front desk. They ended up moving me into another room - the soldier suite on the first floor. This room was great from the start, it was actually clean and had all the locks that worked properly. I checked out on Monday and the two ladies working the front said she (the owner/owner's wife) charged me incorrectly for the pet fee, which I am now waiting to be refunded entirely. Overall, the hotel was decent for the price. I never felt unsafe here, but just annoyed with extra charges and having to deal with unexpected things. I was not here for a graduation like most that come to columbus, but if you are it's fine enough to come for the weekend and is close to base. I personally would not stay again, but if you just need to come for a quick trip its decent for the price and the area isn't bad.

Not my favorite. When we got here, they told us the room was ready, only yo go up and find it was still completely dirty and hadn't been touched. Which was fine, just a little miscommunication somewhere, no biggie. But the workers then decided to argue for over an hour and a half about who should clean it. So it took about 2 hours to get our room. Then, my bed had two large yellow stains, there was pee in and on the toilet. Overall, not a great experience. I hope others had a good time here but besides the hotel the area and pool are great. Just don't sleep here.

Most everything was absolutely fantastic. I still give it 5 stars even after my only 2 gripes. 1st one is the wifi is straight trash and the water is hot but not like hot. Outside of those 2 things I can't complain. The service desk representative,Kelly, was for welcoming and professional. I've stayed in a few hotels over the years and it never felt like my home away from home,but Kelly made us feel like it was. Rooms were exceptionally clean,the breakfast was really good. The air work fantastic. Not once during our 2 day stay were we made to feel like an inconvenience. Thank you

So I booked this hotel in preparation for a school because I needed to grab military gear from Fort Benning and head directly to school. Upon checking in I was not informed of any requirement to ensure there was nothing odd with my room. ||||Mind you I have stayed in many hotels going from 1-star to 5-star hotels. This hotel in particular is on the lower scale so I expect some things to be sub par. For instance as soon as you get into the room there were a number of different smells in the rooms from potential smoke to an overuse of bleach but since this is not a top tier hotel chain I expected as much and was not going to complain to the clerk downstairs. ||||I sucked it up for 2-nights and left as is. However now I am being charge a smokers fee when I don’t smoke or vape. If I were a smoker I would accept this fee and move on but I am being charged for something I did not do. ||||Overall my rating is poor and I would not suggest this hotel. ||||Bed - sub par. Mildly uncomfortable and sheets were itchy ||||Room- smelt odd throughout my stay there ||||Bathroom - of average build nothing fancy ||||Snacks and drinks available - nearly was out of stock, no drinks for purchase ||||Pool - looked unsightly and unsanitary, I would not swim in it ||||Staff - good. Very kind and helpful but did not explain that the room was non-smoke and if anything smelt odd to report it to the hotel clerk||||Security - there were some stray dogs outside one day. Very kind but potentially dangerous ||||Again. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to friends. To my enemies, maybe.

5 stars for location, it’s super close to the military base which is why we were visiting. The hotel was nice upon entry but the rooms themselves were just disgustingly dirty. There was hair all over the floors and shower, luckily the bed was clean. The wifi/internet was okay. I genuinely think if they had better housekeeping services, my stay wouldn’t have been so unpleasant.
