FANTASTIC!! Coach Denise is EXACTLY what I needed!! Positive attitude, patient, explains everything so I understand, always able to modify, MEETS ME WHERE IAM!! I always leave in a good sweat & a perfect sore the next day. Fantastic for coaching kiddos & athletes!! They do it all!!!

I absolutely LOVE coach Denise! She is a very knowledgeable personal trainer and great at what she does. Her high intensity circuit training workouts are great. They are suitable for any body type and level of fitness. She’s able to modify intensity and workouts based on your needs. I started working out with coach Denise back in January and even now being 7 months pregnant I am able to continue to workout and focus on a lot of hip flexibility that helps with my pelvic and lower back pain. Whether you are familiar with the gym and needing an extra push or new to the gym and ready to jump start your fitness journey Major Sports Performance is where it’s at!

I have been coming to MSP for a little over 2 years now, coach Denise is amazing. Very patient and always willing to modify many workouts to fit your needs. I had very severe back pain for so many years and never thought working out would help. With the positive reinforcement and the constant push from coach I am now in the best shape I have been in so many years and no longer have the back pain. Can not thank coach Denise enough for all that she does, from a physical and mental standpoint. Totally recommend MSP to anyone who wants a great workout!!

I have been going here for over a year. Coach Denise is very knowledgeable. She is a great personal trainer and great at what she does. She is professional. She pushes you to do better, yet is kind, patient and understanding to where she can easily and is able to modify intensity and workouts based on your needs, body type, and level of fitness. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start and keep going through this journey. With her encouragement and constant motivation pushing me to heights I never thought possible; with her continued training and workouts I know i will reach my goals. I’ve been going there for almost 2 years and it is the best place to workout!! Such a fun and positive environment. Coach Denise is amazing and breaks down the movements. The workouts are challenging and change daily for a great full body work out. I recommend MSP to everyone.

Fantastic staff and facility. Facility is clean and staff is knowledgeable and keeps clients/athletes best interests in mind when programming workouts. The owners have done a great job highlighting their athletes’ accomplishments; they have done a fantastic job establishing a family and team environment.

I love the adult classes! Coach Denise is patient and encouraging. She pushes me to be better and believe in myself. She walks me through each exercise and is changing the narrative when it comes to fitness. Being healthy is so much more than the numbers on the scale!!!
