Excellent experience for a heater repair. Immediate response on a weekend call, Edwin was an experienced pro and identified the issue quickly. Required parts were ordered, and Jonathan did a thorough and diligent job at installation. There were unexpected problems and he diagnosed and solved them professionally. Got us back up and running, grateful for their experience and skill.

I really appreciate this company’s integrity. Jonathan Rodriguez came to check out one of my units that wasn’t cooling and gave me a few different options on the best way to fix it. I really appreciated how he took into account what i was capable of handling financially at the moment and the pros and cons of different repair/replacement options. There are a lot of AC companies in houston, but I’ve found a lot of them try to oversell or upsell what is needed. I appreciate that Jonathan and Master AC got my unit cooling and didn’t break the bank to do so.

I/we have finally caught my system acting up!!! Back history, I called Master ac and heating and reported an issue with my unit. The unit would be on, but the blower was intermittent turning on and off during its run cycle. Jonathan Rodriguez had came out and during his time here. Which was almost 2 whole hours. My unit ran perfectly, which infuriated me!!! Because later that night it started acting up again. Before leaving he guaranteed me, that if it started acting up, to call Master ac and he will come back out free of charge. Which he did. I set up the appointment for the very next day. He arrived and as we were speaking, it started intermittent cycle running and he excused himself and quickly went up to start checking everything. He concluded that is was the motor of the blower fan was shorting out. He placed the order for the replacement blower fan and will be back to install it for me. I appreciate his quick response and dedication to diagnose the issue once it started the issue without missing the moment. I hope I do not have any future issues with any part of my ac system. But if I do, I know who exactly call for quick responses, quality work, qualified, honest and promise honoring personnel/company. Master ac and heating LLC, The Heights. Probably a great business but early this week one of their drivers almost hit my car not paying attention then claim it was MY fault and I hit them when I had the right away … how could I hit your company car when my car got hit on my passenger side ? Make it make sense & hire better drivers that’ll pay attention to what they’re doing instead of being on their phones .

Don't do it. Ever. AC stopped working after derecho. Their diagnosis was bad furnace. $4500. Did you know some furnaces have whole-house filters? I didn't. The next guy I had out told me that, which fixed the problem, and he charged me less than 100 for the whole thing. Bonus: when the tech arrived he was on the phone. And he never stopped being on the phone. A personal call. Trash business. Stay away. Please.

I have used them previously before and the work has always held up and they have always been professional and polite. My only concern is the trip charge plus amount to fix the problem. I haven't used them in a while and I thought the trip charge wasn't applied if you had them to fix the problem. Now they charge a trip charge plus the cost of the service which seems a little strange because most companies I've dealt with cancel out the trip service if you have them complete the work.

Jonathan was my tech. He arrived about 3 hours after I called. I had a complicated situation and he worked through it in extreme temperatures until is was all fixed. Dang these guys work hard. Kept a smile on his face, respectful, walked me through a product set up when he didn't have to.
