The staff and service here is much better than surrounding places. I was expecting to pay much more. The front desk is responsive and helpful. The breakfast is exactly as advertised, in a pleasant lobby. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained. I left a really nice charger behind, plugged in under the night stand. They picked it up and set it aside for me. I'll definitely come back.

This place is managed well. It's clean, breakfast is good, all staff seem to work hard to give the guests a good experience. LOVE the wide window sill so another kid can sleep there. Beds are a little hard. That's my only complaint.

Good location, service, and rooms are fine enough. Fernando at the front is great and the gym they partner with is awesome -NIF FITNESS! Soooooo good and great services with massages and top notch equipment inside.

If you get Room 216 to start, make sure your door actually shuts completely and latches.
As you can currently just push on the door and it pops open. To top it off there, end up with bed bug bites in a different room. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else unless small rooms mixed with bed bugs that don't latch. Just save the time and pain go anywhere else

I'm not sure what kind of operation their running. We booked and paid for room through Expedia prior to check in. When we arrived to check in we provided a debit card to pay for the pet fee. They charged the card for pet fee. Later that night i noticed they had also charged us again for the room even though it was paid through Expedia prior to check in. Contacted desk clerk that night then spoke with manager the next morning, they both said they reversed the charge. A month later still haven't been refunded after contacting them two more times. Bad business. Update: Its been about 2 months now since our stay. Still no refund, due to them suspiciously charging two different amounts for the same room. The bank closed my claim.

This is a regular stop for us. The location is great and we know what to expect. This time, we were disappointed that no one could fix whatever system is used for in-room television reception. The one channel we wanted to see didn't work and we weren't offered any help in getting it fixed. (We wound up listening to a radio broadcast of a football game via our laptop.)

Positive: We have stayed here before and like the location. We know what to expect in terms of the room, breakfast, service, etc. Negative: Well, little things that became big things. We could not get a channel on the TV - we wanted to watch a football game - and couldn't get help with that. (We had to set up our laptop to hear the game on the radio)

Positive: That it was on the way to my destination and had a room available. That was the only thing. Negative: Yes, the room was disgusting. The hallway smelled like a sewer. Overnight was uncomfortable because the heating/cooling system wasn't working properly. And the QUEEN bed was actually a full size. I booked a queen and they didn't have one.
