Having completed both rooms, I can confidently say that they are the best escape rooms I have ever done. You are tasked with solving multiple puzzles to advance so that each person in your group will have something to do throughout the entire puzzle. They require thinking but are entirely intuitive in finding their solution.

Haunted train was an amazing experience! Would recommend for every escape room fan. The whole experience is very immersive and challenging. You need to think outside the box. I think there is a four person minimum for this one. It’s a lil creepy but it fell in line with the haunted aspect.
There are a few giant puzzles instead of fewer smaller puzzles - so don’t give up too quickly if you’re stumped! You have time.
Overall great way design. You really have to pay attention to all the details too.

The staff who helped us was incredibly helpful, very kind and made the experience extra enjoyable for all of us. The rooms were a great atmosphere to aid in you being engaged into the story line along with the music and sounds and moving through the games kept your minds working in a way that ended up being more fun than we even thought. We honestly keep talking about how we cannot wait to go back and do Neo's other room and are sure we will due to the staff, ambience and pure entertainment of the whole experience. Thank you so much Neo for giving my son a great birthday and really all of us a really fun memory!

This was my first time doing an escape room and the experience was really great. Tristan (sp?) was fantastic! He made the experience really fun. Definitely worth it and I highly recommend! The facility was clean, the puzzle was really fun and interesting, my family and I can't wait to do another one now!

My coworkers and I chose this place for its location and all the positive reviews. We can honestly say this was extremely fun and challenging for our group to do! Gabriel was a great host and gave us hints throughout that helped propel our progress without giving anything away. This place is a ton of fun if you have a small group of 4-6 people. Definitely try it out, you’ll have fun too!

Went for my birthday and this was my 2nd escape room this weekend. Our party of four had 2 mins to spare! The only two things that were a problem was that we waited outside for 5 mins after we rung the doorbell to get into the building and the host had to reset the game once started. Other than that we had fun. Thanks Neo escapes for the adventure.
