Sahara at Ninja buses is the absolute best! She helped me map out my wedding transportation, and had amazing communication throughout the entire planning process. The buses showed up perfectly on time, and our day went off without any issues!

We rented a few busses for my bachelor party weekend and had an absolute blast. They made everything so easy and not having to worry about Ubers was a life saver. The busses were clean and really cool. Party lights, good bluetooth connection and even nintendos and TVs although we didn't really use them. The Calypso bus was so cool and had an awesome vintage party vibe. They were always on time and flexible when we asked to modify our schedules a bit. I've used party busses in other cities and these are definitely some of the higher quality and cooler busses I've seen.

Mike and his team made planning our good friend's Bachelor Party weekend a great success. Our party stayed about 35 minutes outside of downtown Austin and without the help of Ninja Buses there was no way the weekend would have been as successful as it was. Ninja Buses helped build a perfect itinerary that included rides to and from the airport, Golf Courses, Lake Travis, Salt Lick and Downtown Austin. For our night out downtown, we left our driver (Mike) in full control of showing us the best of Austin and he did not let down! Mike brought us to all the great spots and had great local insight! I booked a Ninja Bus last minute for my bachelorette party and it was the highlight of our weekend! Our driver, Tisha was amazing and dealt with us crazy gals with such kindness. The original place we wanted to go to ended up not being great so she took us to a better bar hopping spot. Mike was also great and kindly upgraded our bus to a bigger one making our experience even better. Overall, it was such a fun time and would highly recommend for a bachelor or bachelorette party in Austin!

Used this company to get to Wurstfest from Austin last year and it was one of the worst (no pun intended) bus experiences I have ever had. I will NEVER use them again. Here’s the TLDR summary:
1. On the way there, bus/driver wouldn’t take us all the way and left us in a random dark parking lot in the rain 15 minutes from our destination to “wait for another bus”.
2. Driver refused to stop for the bathroom unless we each paid him $100 cash.
3. Bus left early without us on the way back.

Full story:
First, bus driver was very rude when multiple people asked to stop quickly to go to the bathroom after we’d been on the bus in traffic for quite a while. Driver said he wasn’t paid enough for that and he’d only stop if we each paid him $100. I asked for his name and he became even ruder. So yeah… bathroom extortion.
Then, when we almost reached New Braunfels, the bus turned into a strip mall parking lot and parked. Driver told everyone to get off and that another bus would be there soon to take us the rest of the way. There was no problem with the bus or driver, it just wasn’t taking us the whole way. No one told us this would happen. The bus could’ve easily taken us the rest of the way (it wasn’t a size issue, there were tons of other large buses dropping people right at the entrance). Eventually, 2 small vans came to pick us up. Only about half of us could fit in them and they didn’t know when any more would arrive. We waited about 20 minutes in the dark parking lot in the pouring rain before we gave up and called an Uber instead.
Lastly, after the festival, we waited for the bus at the designated pickup spot at the time we were told. No bus came for us. We tried texting and calling the bus driver. We waited for over half an hour and walked to other buses to double check. Turns out the bus had left 10 minutes early without any notice and had abandoned us there. We were a group of at least 6 people who should have been noticeably absent from the bus. Once again, had to call an Uber for ourselves all the way back to Austin which was VERY expensive. Complete waste of money.

Ninja Buses - Austin Party Bus Rentals in Austin, TX was an easy company to work with. We spoke several times as the wedding date approached. I received the final call a week before the wedding for the final payment and to review the destinations on the list. We rented from 4 PM to 2 AM and had a total of 7 stops (5 stops for wedding events and 2 shuttle buses home at different times). Sam was our driver and was FANTASTIC. Highly recommend Ninja Buses - Austin Party Bus Rentals!

Ride was such a good time. Driver knew the cool local places to take us to. Distilleries with live music and breweries with local beer. Bus was clean and comfy. Great time, definitely would recommend for a big party.
