Super fun, and worthwhile excursion! Ben and Alicia were our guides and they were awesome! They made us feel 100% comfortable, were very easy to talk to, and follow their lead. Plus they were really funny, which helped elevate the experience. Also, the World War II relics around the property are a happy bonus. Highly recommend doing this if you get a chance. I would definitely do it again.

Zip line tour was good. Was a little disappointed that we were told phones were prohibited....so, we don't lose them if they fell in the forest. But, at least one party had their phones and any drop areas were beautifully manicured and I probably could have found my diamond earring if it dropped.

The guides were great. Personable and flowing with local places to go and recommendations for other things to do and places to eat. Would definitely recommend the guides.

Overall, good for a family excursion. Would recommend my friends to go if they need something to do. And, on the way back stop in at Paia and do the tourist thing.

We had the pleasure of having Pace, Dallas & Brian as our tour guides on our first zip lining adventure with our 6 & 8 year old girls. They made it not only fun & safe but they were hilarious along the way. Playing little tricks & making silly jokes to make the experience even better! We had a blast. 5 stars for sure!

The entire staff was incredibly supportive, friendly, and full of energy. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident before starting the ziplining adventure. For the engineers among us, they even took the time to show a few zipline tricks and share some behind-the-scenes insights into how the system works—something I found fascinating!

Special shoutout to Angelo at the front desk, who was super active and helpful. He walked us through all the details with a smile, ensuring everything was crystal clear before we got started.

One thing that stood out was their flexibility. Since we had our 1-year-old baby with us, the company graciously accommodated my wife in a later batch so we could take turns enjoying the zipline. That level of understanding and customer care really made the experience extra special for our family.

As for the ziplining itself—it was absolutely incredible! You get to fly through a lush forest canopy, taking in stunning views of Maui's North Shore. The course has seven exhilarating ziplines, ranging from shorter rides to longer, faster ones. It's the perfect balance of fun and challenge, suitable for both beginners and adrenaline junkies. The guides were professional yet fun, always making sure everyone was safe while cracking jokes and keeping the energy high.

Overall, NorthShore Zipline offers an unforgettable adventure that is well-organized, family-friendly, and filled with personal touches. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Maui—you won't regret it!
