I recently had the pleasure (some would say otherwise!) of organizing a team building event for my company and came across Off Limits, and I cannot express how impressed I am with their exceptional service and the innovative Tablet Treasure Hunt experience they provided.

From the outset, the Off Limits team demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to ensuring our team-building event was a success. The communication leading up to the event was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating in tailoring the experience to our specific needs, which was a sustainable event that was 0 waste, but got our team out of the office, and most importantly, fun!!

The Tablet Treasure Hunt in Nottingham city centre was an absolute triumph! Armed with tablets, our team embarked on a thrilling adventure through the historic streets of Nottingham, solving clues, completing challenges, and unlocking the city's hidden gems.

From the initial enquiry, the booking process, and the crew on the day, everyone at Off Limits made the process seamless and easy, 5 Stars from us!!

Where do I start?! Booking was easy. Absolutely amazing day. Staff were awesome. We all had a such a laugh. We will definitely book again. Can not recommend Off Limits enough. 10/10.

I would avoid booking with this company at all costs! They cancel events last minute, offer horrendous alternatives and then refuse to give refunds. The "It's a knockout"event we had booked was cancelled and their "like for like" alternative offered was a cheap, tacky, school sports hall event that is worth about half the price paid for original event. Emails not answered either and no refund. Absolutely not worth the risk. AVOID.

I have recently booked my hen weekend through this company.
My bridesmaids took a lot of time planning and making sure everything was perfect.
Due to Covid we had to postpone from last September to this September.

However to say we was disappointed with how this event had been organised was an understatement:

Firstly,
You don’t know what companies you are being booked in with until you have paid the money or where you are staying.

Secondly,
Our apartments were 40 minutes from chocolate making, 40 minutes from cocktail making which became really expensive for travel and meant we lost a lot of time travelling. We also had somebody that couldn’t walk for long periods of time and because of the distance meant she ended up in a lot of pain and couldn’t attend the evening part of the hen do.
Once we got to Leicester Square the club and cocktail making was in close distance of each other so I’m unsure why the chocolate workshop and apartments couldn’t have been planned the same.

Thirdly,
Our itinerary told us to be at the cocktail making for 5pm and it was booked for 6.30pm so we had less time to get ready. This meant everybody felt rushed and didn’t have time to enjoy the feeling of getting excited to go out.

Finally,
When we got to slug and lettuce they didn’t have our full booking confirmation sent over so wasn’t set up ready for our master class meaning we didn’t have our Prosecco on arrival (seems minor but when your on your hen do it’s the little things like that which make it a big deal). They also didn’t have certain things on the menu as they didn’t have our order.

Overall, It was a disappointing day due to the amount of money we had paid you’d expect that this would all be planned effectively with travel being taken in to account and not being expected to travel in different directions all over london meaning you have less time to enjoy the day and events.

If i could give no stars, I would! Awful customer service and overall experience! Lack of communication and do not listen to what you want! Our hen do was cancelled due to covid and we were told we could not get a refund and instead would be put on a credit note to use at a later date.

2 years later of trying to sort this and having barely any communication from them and unhelpful staff they say the credit note has expired? How someones money you refuse to refund expires is beyond me! We have now been offered a stay in the UK which is most definitely not worth the amount of money we have paid and for dates we have not picked… Do not recommend to anyone! Stay away from this company they will take your money and not provide the service they state.
