I called this location to see if they had a space heater in stock. I explained that I wanted to place a curbside order, but that I wanted to make sure they had one before I did. The man who answered the phone said they only had one in stock, but that it was marked as damaged. I said thank you and hung up. He called me back ten minutes later and said he found some more in the back. I asked if they were damaged, and he said no.
I placed the order online and drove 30 minutes in the rain (from the storm) to the store. I picked up my heater and brought it home and what do you know… It’s damaged.
One side is completely cracked in. I’m sure the employee knew this, and I plan on returning tomorrow to speak to a manager about this situation. Bad business all around the board.

I just called and spoke to an associate in printing…Agnostio (I’m probably misspelling this) He was AWESOME! I had questions about printing a sign, he took me through not only the store process but the online process and made sure I had all options before we hung up. Even told me what time the manager would be in if I needed any further help. Employees like this make ALL the difference in an establishment and I’ll be making this my go-to office max from now on!

Ordered a desk online for in store pickup only to be told when I arrived that the order had been picked up already. There was no manager available for me to speak to and the next available person with authority advised that anyone can come in and just pick up items and this location in particular doesn’t do anything to verify the identity of the person picking up an order. Was blown away by the lack of empathy and customer service, it’s going to take a lot for me to go back to office max for anything in the future.

Customer service is NOT AVAILABLE here. I only go for online copy/print pickups and the print area is ALWAYS closed. If my order is ready and ON THE pick up shelf, i wouldn't need assistance........The clerks walk pass without speaking ,when you speak "because that's just the proper thing to do" ,they respond and keep walking. I literally spoke to 2 clerks (older white male and black male with locks) they both didn't ask if I needed anything AT ALL!!!!! I understand being short staffed but let's be short staffed with decent customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Office Depot and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The first thing that impressed me was the quick service. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff members who were ready to assist me with my needs. They were efficient and attentive, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long to get the help I required.

Not only was the service speedy, but the quality of the products I found at Office Depot was top-notch. The store had a wide range of office supplies, from stationery to electronics, all of which were of excellent quality. I appreciated that I could trust the items I purchased to be reliable and durable, meeting my expectations.

If I could give this location NEGATIVE STARS, I would. I have been here for three days trying to get obituaries printed. Each time I was told to return tomorrow and the job would be completed. Today is day 3 and 12 out of 100 obituaries have been printed and NOTHING stapled. This is absolutely ridiculous. I specifically asked the clerk, Krista to call or text me to let me know that they'd be able to do it bc if not, I wanted to try a different location. She took my number and everything; no call. Imagine getting here and only having approximately 10% of thr job completely done when if she had called to tell me that, I could have had the order sent to a different location and picked up after work instead of running around after work still attempting to get these obituaries printed. I am FURIOUS.
