Great atmosphere. Very nice people who bowl at the lanes. Staff is super nice and understanding. Gives lots of grace. Tech and machines are a little clingy. Bowling balls could be better for thumb holes but overall enjoyed it here.

Ok. Tonight is a 0 for my burger which was supposed to be a bacon cheese burger with sautéed onions (I'm sure I paid extra for bacon and onions) and I got a cheese burger with a piece of lettuce ugggg...the wings are good as always but really looked forward to my burger, the wings weren't mine!! Very disappointed!!!!

The food was very good but not extraordinary. But I was surprised about the quite big beer selection.

The place was not so loud and had many TVs hanging all around. Great!

One star is missing because the women bathroom needs some attention AND I don't see the reason why not giving out real glasses and real plates.

Less plastic and more pleasure! We owe it to our planet!

My son had his 7th Birthday there. Although I thought birthday package was ridiculously expensive and the bowling alley didn't really offer anything extra for kids parties; the girls there were really nice and helpful as they COULD be (Seeing that they were short-staffed) ;making sure we had everything we needed: silverware, drinks and kids food. We just paid separately for food. But all in all the kids had fun, but probably won't do it there again. They did throw in bowling pin for everyone to sign☺

I wanted to provide an update on my earlier post regarding the unbearable heat and neglect at Palm Coast Lanes. Unfortunately, the situation has not only persisted but seems to have worsened.

During a recent visit with my kids, the heat inside was still intolerable. It’s apparent that the issue is either being poorly managed or completely ignored by the owners, SK and Summit.

I've also spoken with other patrons who share the same frustration. This appears to be a widespread problem affecting many long-time customers. The lack of response from SK and Summit is troubling and suggests that customer well-being is not being prioritized. With the ongoing heat of summer, the risk of heat-related health issues is a serious concern.

Moreover, when discussing other maintenance issues, such as malfunctioning keyboards and lane problems, with some employees, it was clear that SK and Summit are indifferent to these concerns as long as they are making a profit.

As a concerned patron, I plan to escalate the issue further by contacting local health officials to ensure the conditions are inspected and addressed promptly. I will also report problems like water leaks and issues in the kitchen and food prep areas.

I urge others who have faced similar problems to voice their concerns as well. The more feedback the owners receive, the more likely it is that changes will be made.

I will keep you updated on any developments and hope that SK and Summit take immediate action to resolve these issues. Until then, I advise potential visitors to reconsider their plans and prioritize their comfort and safety.

Unbearable Heat and Neglect at Palm Coast Lanes

I have been a loyal customer of Palm Coast Lanes for over ten years, regularly bringing my family to enjoy some quality time. However, our recent visit was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable due to the unbearable heat inside the establishment.

It is shocking that in a state as hot as Florida, Palm Coast Lanes does not have a properly functioning air conditioning system, especially in a place designed for families and children. The heat was oppressive, making it nearly impossible to enjoy our visit.

To make matters worse, despite continuously raising their prices over the years, it seems they have neglected to maintain their facilities properly. This is the second consecutive summer where we have encountered this issue, and it's clear that customer comfort is not a priority.

The lack of a functional air conditioning system not only ruins the experience but also poses serious health risks. I worry that someone could suffer from heat stroke if this problem persists.

I am so concerned that I feel the need to contact the health department and local news outlets to raise awareness about the conditions here. It's unacceptable for an establishment to prioritize profits over the safety and comfort of its patrons.

Until Palm Coast Lanes addresses and resolves this issue, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I hope they take immediate action to fix their AC and ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all visitors.
