Probably the worst escape room experience we've ever had. Room needs refreshing; some clues are worn down and hard to interpret as a result. Game master was not paying attention. Didn't seem to have any idea what we were doing and provided irrelevant or mistimed clues.

We came in and did The Last Resort panic room in Norwalk on a week night (Tuesday evening). The room was a lot of fun and decently challenging with some unexpected surprises. One of the best parts of the experience was the host who was friendly, accommodating and went the extra mile to make it an entertaining and enjoyable experience. They are also currently renovating and adding new rooms to the Norwalk space. Definitely recommend!

Our team had a lot of fun figuring out how to get to the next clue. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room was dusty and very warm. Given the dust it made me wonder if the room is sanitized after each group, given all of the surfaces multiple people touch in order to figure out the puzzles, it really should be cleaned thoroughly after each use.

My daughter and friends went to the TikTok room as part of her 11th birthday celebration. Since they are under 17, I went with them as well, we were 10 altogether. The room was quite challenging even for me. Without clues and help from the facilitator we wouldn't have been able to finish. Our facilitator was great and knew exactly when to help us. Girls had a lot of fun working together in teams and solving puzzles and figuring out how to open locks. 1 hour goes by pretty fast and all the girls were very excited to solve the puzzle. Definitely recommend this room for a large group. Can’t wait to try other rooms.

Did A Broken Mind. Was pretty fun. Your team gets split into 2 rooms and has to work together, separately. My group was in the dark side of Dr. Elesdy's mind and it definitely seemed like most of the work was in that side. Well hosted, they really do a great job in there.

Awesome family experience. We went for an evening of adventure at "The Last Resort" - It was well done! Managed to solve it with 12 minutes to spare, with only a couple of hints. Staff is friendly and helpful and took our picture for a great holiday keepsake. Thanks! Highly recommended.

Did the Last Resort room at 11:45. Very good experience. Was able to escape with 7 minutes exactly left. Had trouble at first opening locks, but once I read how to open, it wasn’t that bad. Overall great experience.

Very disappointing and would not recommend. About 8-10 minutes into the game we began to get incessant, non-stop clues that we did not ask for. I actually, multiple times, requested that they stop giving us clues and they did not. No sooner would we open a lock then they would put instructions on the screen telling us what to do next. Over and over and over. We finished the room in less than 32 minutes because we literally weren’t given the opportunity to play. It was incredibly clear to us that the employee giving the clues was rushing us out so they could go home. It was rude behavior and the experience was 1000% not worth the $200+ that it cost us to play. We’ve played so many escape rooms at other places and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I’ve also emailed Panic Room to tell them of our experience and had no response, so don’t expect that anyone cares about your experience. Save your money and go to one of the other many escape room places in the area.
