Pleasant experience in Boulder Colorado. I really enjoyed the two hour mountain biking tour and I would recommend it to anyone visiting since all you really have to do is show up and the guide will guide you all around the trails. I will say the bike I rented from them was very nice and that makes it more enjoyable… Lauren is an excellent guide but the other guides I’ve had in the past were great too. 5/5

I’ve gone mountain biking with PEDAL Adventures three times and can’t recommend it enough! It’s a must every time I’m in the Boulder area. Lauren and the rest of the guides are knowledgeable, friendly, full of great conversation and can guide newbies around the trails no problem. It’s always the highlight of every trip to Boulder!

Thanks Lauren for a super fun day snow shoeing at Brainard yesterday! I loved being told to "just show up" and not have to worry about anything. The trails through the woods were beautiful and my favorite part was your hot chocolate and cookies. Seriously the best hot chocolate I've ever had! Thanks for a great day out!

Lauren is a wonderful guide! You can feel confident booking with her. She provided quality equipment, delicious snacks, and was knowledgeable about the activity and area. She is easy to talk to and will accommodate the group and individual needs. We first booked her for a mountain bike excursion and then a snow shoe one. Both were fabulous adventures. The mountain biking one we had advanced and new riders and she was able to pick a route that accommodated both skill sets. My 17 year old son and his friend had so much fun and he was skeptical to begin with. He was animated on the ride, challenged and excited and still talks about it! If you’re a mom with a teenage boy you know what a win this was! She also takes pictures so you have a record of the adventure- a bonus for me as I never have any photos.

If you are considering booking with Lauren and PEDAL Adventures, just do it! Our experience with snow shoeing was great! Although this review is based on the snow shoeing, Lauren told us about her other adventures and I know we’ll be back to try them out next time!

We headed out to Brainard Lake for our snow shoe hike. From the first moment, Lauren was friendly and welcoming. The snow shoes she brings for you are just what you need, comfortable and easy to use. When you head out, you will be able to go as slow or quick as you and your group wish. You’ll find some amazing views along the way that truly look like a winter wonderland. The view at the lake was absolutely amazing (as were the hot chocolate and cookies)! Overall, it was great and so nice to have a guide who knew the area very well. It takes a lot of stress away not having to worry about directions while out there and just being able to enjoy the hike!

A SCENIC, EXHILARATING SNOWSHOE TOUR FOR ALL LEVELS! Our guide Lauren had everything perfectly laid out (literally!) from the snowshoes/poles, to her "legendary" hot chocolate and cookie treats provided later in the tour. We were fortunate to have a near-bluebird day, and were able to see the snow-covered majesty of the Indian Peaks throughout the moderately undulating trail. There was even an opportunity to make snow angels and walk on a frozen lake (follow Lauren's lead on this though!) This snowshoe tour with PEDAL and Lauren is a must-do for anyone, new or seasoned, looking to experience Colorado's Rockies in a half-day!

I went on a snowshoeing adventure with Lauren as our guide. What a great experience! I didn't have to worry about renting my own snowshoes, or learning the trails, Lauren managed all of that. All I had to do was follow along and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend PEDAL!
