We had a wonderful birthday party for my 4 year old daughter and her friends! The staff was extremely helpful and everything was easy for me on the day. It was also the perfect amount of time for a birthday party for the kids (and adults). I highly recommend this location for a great experience!! Thank you!

It was the perfect 5th birthday for my little Swiftie! The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire party. We chose the do your own party option but they still help with decorating, handing out food, and cleanup. It was a little pricey but totally worth it! The kids all had a blast! My only recommendation would be to have the party time be 2 hours instead of 1.5, the kids definitely could have used a little more time.

This is a waste of money.
1. The place is dirty. The floor was extremely dirty but the bathroom was disgusting.
2- we went 12:30 to 2 and we pay the $10 extra for the canvas craft. But the kids do the crafts themselves no one is guiding the kids. We can definitely do that at home.
3- no one is re organizing the toys. Usually, in this type of business someone is always clean and reorganizing the toys. So every customer can have a good experience. But the toys were all over the place
4-the employees were nice but always in the phones.
5-I wish I can have my money back because the place is not what it seems in the picture or the website.

It was ok! The front desk lady was not very friendly when we arrived. We do not live in Austin so I was unaware a reservation was required. She informed me that it would be fine this time, but next time make a reservation because they were usually very busy. She seemed very annoyed.
The little town was very cute but as the other kids moved though it, everything got mixed up and the workers just sat at the front desk on their phones and made no attempt to reset the stations so other kids could enjoy. It was impossible to "experience" the point of each little house.
I love the idea, but it would have been nice to have a staff that seemed happy to be there! The other parents and kids were great though.
We probably will not go back.

Best birthday ever!!! Amazing and friendly staff helped make my daughter’s birthday magical and perfect! Would recommend anyone looking to have a birthday party to have it here!! So fun!!

Myself and my husband took my daughter (2yr t and son (4yrs) for a Saturday morning and had a great time! Everything was clean and well kept and there was a variety of activities and toys for the kids to play with. My only criticism is that there aren’t many places for parents to sit or event stand compared to how many kids they let in at a time. Despite that, I would definitely recommend to others and we will be back!

Such a cute space, perfect for 1-4y.o.! It was clean and organized, a lot of different activities including arts and crafts. If your toddler likes to pretend they would love it here!
