We thought we were just buying a pool table. Little did we know that we were actually building relationships with our family. The countless hours spent around this table are precious. The first class customer service from Mr. Lee and the one of a kind Olhausen craftsmanship is second to NONE.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Lee and his son for helping us save Christmas. We had had a table on order online since the beginning of December, well after telling us everything was on track they cancelled the order 3 days before Christmas because they couldn't find the table in the warehouse. The only thing my son asked for was a pool table which we had actually been considering for some time. Mr. Lee went above and beyond to help us make it happen and for that he now has a new customer for life. That kind of customer service and care is hard to find these days. Thank you sir, I hope you and yours had an excellent Christmas. Warm wishes - The Hall family.

Outstanding quality in all products purchased over the years.
Customer service is the best!
Our Olhausen table is around 15 years old and is as true as day one.
We plan to make other purchases in the near future due to the product quality and outstanding service after the sell.

Owner had 12 tables on order from olhausen. I selected a table from his list on may 8 2021 and put down a deposit. Owner told me the table would be in in 2 weeks. Today is Aug 4 and table is still not in. I asked for a refund for my deposit and the owner told me once the table come in and he sales it I can get a refund. I’m having to take him to small claims court to get my money back. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not buy a table here. I’ve had a better experience with Billards of Macon
