Matt is a one of a kind speaker and engager. From our first phone call, I knew, I needed to get him to California to speak for our local wedding professionals group!

The presentation was superb! It was fun, informative, it had games, it had prizes and sooo many laughs! Our group has been raving about it ever since! It's true, Team Building is NOT a bad word!

Matt was also extremely communicative during the planning process and offered advice on how to orchestrate the timeline to accommodate the length of his presentation.

10/10 recommend!!

Matt and his team did a great job of bringing us together in such a fun an unexpected way! Our members loved Big Beach Games and even though the weather didn't cooperate and we had to bring it in the ballroom, it didn't matter. EVERYONE had a fantastic time! He makes it so easy - truly all you have to do is show up.

We hosted a Painting for a Purpose virtual event with Premier Team Building. Matt was a great host! The atmosphere was very casual and allowed for some good networking among our attendees. It was a bonus that, once we can pick up the paintings, we'll donate them to a charity to enjoy.
