I wanted to wait to give review to be thorough. Since moving in end of October same issues. And non stop tedious emails from staff. There were several repairs that needed addressing after moving in. Some were made others still need done. They repainted over a dirty tub with hair stained in tub. Washer machine has bad smell. Water not flowing out faucets correctly. Toilets not producing enough water. Poop has to be pushed down. The parking is ridiculous good luck getting one by your place. Parking spaces small cars taking two spots at time. They send emails about neighbors complaining non stop. And amalia tell you one thing when you first come for tour and do complete 360 once you apply and get in.

I had a plumbing situation that took a few tries before Gus finally stepped in and promised he would find a resolution and he did! It was really nice to have him keep me updated on how they were responding and to then have a follow up from the Complex Manager Amanda to also follow up! I have found the team at the Preserve to always be professional and helpful! Just renewed my lease and I feel good about it!

We just resigned our lease and this will be our second year at Preserve at Cantera. We have loved it so far! Since the moment we did our first tour, it has been nothing but a positive and welcoming experience. There are frequent have events and workshops for the residents to attend. The maintenance techs are all kind and knowledgeable when it comes to our requests, keeping our community clean and functioning. Thank you Diego! Amalia is always so responsive as well. Thank you to all of management!

I went yesterday for a tour and I love the units!! The attention from the team, that was the first time I experienced such a nice environment. Christine is hands down the best agent I’ve treated with. She took the time to do her job so good! The amenities seemed to clean and the unit is just like the pictures. I’m definitely choosing this as my next house

I had a wonderful experience meeting one of the maintenance staff here by the name of Diego this week. Not only was he efficient doing what he came to do but he went above and beyond and performed an additional task for me as well. Diego was very friendly & we shared a conversation aside from the job. It was nice getting to know the other side of our wonderful crew here at the Preserve of Cantera.

DONT TRUST STAFF! I used to live at preserve at cantera and accidentally had a Christmas gift sent there. The current resident was nice enough to give it to the front office. The front office admitted to accepting the package but “doesn’t know what happened to it”. I confirmed with UPS that it was never marked return to sender or picked up.

We just recently moved here but we have had an awesome experience so far. Annette was our leasing agent when we moved in. We literally had two days to find a place and Annette made it happen. The amenities are great, the property is clean, and maintenance is extremely responsive. We live in a renovated unit and they aren't just "renovated," I mean, they are renovated!! Anyways, great staff here. I imagine I will stay here until I'm ready to buy my first home.

If my apartment was spotless right now, I'd add more photos lol.

Our dryer went out. My husband called the office and a maintenance man was at our apartment shortly after. He explained the issue and fixed it immediately.
