What a gem of an RV Resort! Good sized lots, full hookup, cable, wifi pool, clubhouse, on-site laundry. What more could you ask for. Very friendly and helpful staff. The sunset views are absolutely gorgeous. We like the fact that you are far enough away from everything, but town is just 3 miles away. We love it so much that we are returning in 2 weeks for another 2 week stay

Nice campground - but no access to a beach area. The pros: amazing views, well maintained, heated pool, clean bath house. The cons: you can't walk to the water as it appears on their property map. The water comes up to the rocks. The width of the sites are small. We drive a Class A and had little room between us and our neighbors. We were in the water front row - and the lack of space also blocked the view from the inside of our bus. Overall, I recommend this place. Just be aware of the limitations.

Love Presnell’s! This was our second time here! Great views! Nice club house and outside second floor deck to enjoy the unbelievable sunsets. Lots of things to do locally.

The Campground needs some work around each individual campsite. Grass needed to be mowed better with extra weed eating performed. The yellow flies and the no see ums ate us alive. We were on campsite 75. We were situated between a creek and a canal. I asked the owner if they had sprayed for bugs, and he said that they had not. They needed to be cleaned up. Someone had cut down branches from trees and just threw them in the canal. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the campground. There were pot holes all about the campground. Crushed rock was put down on the ground. The pool was the only nice thing about the campground and, of course, the views. The sunsets were incredibly beautiful! The staff and owner were very cordial. The 2nd pool was not opened. That was also a disappointment. We were told a year in advance that the pool would be completed when our reservation was made. I enjoyed the area and visited many locations surrounding the campground. I will not be back due to many negatives about this campground. I hope they make the necessary changes. They do have a beautiful area, and I hope they expand on that. The staff and owner were very nice.

Super friendly staff! Sites were spacious and the pool was absolutely spotless. I highly recommend camping or rv-ing here.

They have public showers there that are always clean and well maintained. It's a very safe clean place and I won't use anyone's but theirs. I just wish they would get the pool and hot tub maintained. It would be absolutely perfect then and I'd probably never go back to my camper lol

For the second year in a row the wife and I rented a 20' Bay boat for an 8 hour day. I can't say enough about the staff there at Presnells, they are incredible. Travis took time to blow the dew off the boat before we boarded and the equipment was in great shape.

Defiantly need work on the bath house no where to sit to take clothes off and only 2 for a large campground
