Kevin S. is an amazing person. I spent a month helping my sister search for apartments before visiting Progress Village. Despite arriving just before closing time, Kevin didn't show any signs of irritation or have an attitude. He explained everything well and even entertained my 1-year-old while we looked around the apartment. The apartment complex has really nice amenities, including elevators, air conditioning as soon as you enter any building, and cool security features. The apartments speak for themselves, but Kevin's bubbly spirit and demeanor add to it! Thank you, Kevin, for being so nice to my sister and me. We greatly appreciate you!

I have never in the past 2 decades in apartment living met a more friendly helpful and courteous staff than the entire team at Progress Village they are always kind considerate and professional. Al, Laura, Kevin and Gicensia carry such friend and outgoing personalities i will def be renewing my lease with them for another year. Also the place is clean, kept well and the maintenance team is top notch. Thank you guys!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Progress Village Apartments. During a recent thunderstorm, the emergency exit was locked, and the alarm went off. My
mother and my 3 year old daughter, were trapped inside the building, unable to evacuate safely. This is the closest emergency exit to our apartment, making this situation even more concerning.

My husband went to the leasing office on Friday 07/12/24 to notify them that the emergency door had been locked for about 2-3 weeks. The person at the office acknowledged that they were aware of the issue but did not take it seriously. This is a serious safety hazard and completely unacceptable.

We lived in here temporarily for a year through a corporate housing company so I can't comment on any of the paperwork or billing process since ours was taken care of by a second party. That all being said we absolutely LOVED our year at Progress Village. We moved from Seattle sight-unseen so it was a huge move for me and my daughter, Safety, modern amenities and a quiet environment were the most important features for us and living here exceeded all of those expectations.
This community is lucky to have Brandon on their team, He is always good for a wave and he can't pass your dogs without saying hello. Any maintenance we needed was always completed quickly and professionally.
We were in a third floor unit and it was a dream. Never heard our neighbors, or any noise in the hallways. This was our first experience in an apartment and I expected a lot of day to day noise but our entire stay there was peaceful.
There are great areas to walk dogs and while they could use more dog stations-especially at the northern end near the 8812 building, it is a very dog friendly community. We loved having the dog washing station!
Parking is more then ample. We kept a crazy schedule, often getting home very late and there was never any problems parking.
The pool was an absolute dream. Coming from Seattle this is just not something we are accustomed to having so we were regular fixtures at the pool. It was often times empty and quiet and always sparkling clean. We miss this the most out of anything!
The sunrises we caught every morning while walking the dogs around the pond was unreal.
Absolutely recommend living in Progress Village.

The emergency maintenance guy Bruce was very professional. He came within 15 minutes of me placing the call. He took care of everything quickly and was so polite and courteous.
