Had a great time with our small group of 3 people. We did The Gallery and the host, Jen, was very accommodating, attentive, and helpful. Riley, the emotional support pup, did her job fantastically. It was a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in escape rooms.

The gallery room experience for us was a complete bust. The game host was juggling two games at once and it made for a clunky experience, full of unnecessary back and forth over the walkie talkie. Many puzzles had caveats or weren’t functional all together.

We escaped with 12 minutes left by solving 5-6 puzzles with a joint group of 8. Too many people for the room. Upon completing the final puzzle we had to be informed over the comms to open the final door because it was so ordinary looking we took it for an emergency exit.

Overall disappointing experience, but made us appreciate our past game room experiences we had even more.

Was so fun. Not what I expected it to be. Loved seeing my kids works together (ages 26, 15, 12). The Cabin was awesome experience. Look forward to The Gallery next time (very soon!).

Overall fantastic experience. Don't ask for a hint on the chess puzzle though, unless you really need it. It's a spoiler, not a hint. Only docking the star for that since I wasn't ready to give up looking for the solution, which was frustrating.

My group decided last minute that we wanted to do an escape room on a Saturday afternoon. The ones we tried to go to first didn’t have any availability; it was the weekend, so we were understanding. Project Panic was available, so we gave it a chance.

Just as other reviews stated, not everything in the room was set up properly or fully functioning. There are reviews from several weeks ago describing the same issue, and the game host was aware that not everything in the room worked because she made a comment about it. She also said we were lucky because we got the only room that had working AC (there are other reviews stating their rooms were really hot). The biggest disappointment for me was the service provided. Our game host said she would be watching us to give hints to move us along if we seemed really stuck, but not once did she say anything. When we finally decided to use one of our three hints, she said “What do you need help with?” and “Which part of the room are you stuck on?” This happened every time we tried asking for hints, so it was clear that she was not watching us. She didn’t seem happy with us when we had to ask questions either. She also said she would be giving us a countdown on how much time we had left every ten minutes, but she didn’t start updating us until we were almost out of time.

Excuse me for the lengthy review, but I hope it’s helpful. As someone who has been to quite a few escape rooms, this was my least favorite experience.

We took 12 16 year Olds here down from Georgetown. Everyone loved it. Was worried it might not capture their attention but they did 2 escape rooms and every single one raved about it. Even better they all put down their phones for a few hours

The escape room we chose was rated 3/5, however was more challenging than others with similar ratings. While hints were provided when requested there was no regular feedback to keep the game going and resulted in us missing the end. I would heavily suggest to ensure the game is kept going to keep the participants engaged and satisfied. Most places you leave with a level of encouragement to return again, however our party felt it would not be a place to return as the experience was not great. Don’t get me wrong the escape game was a high level, just was not fluid….
