My daughter just celebrated her 6th birthday at pump it up and had a BLAST! Her and her friends got to play in two awesome private party rooms that had plenty of obstacles and activities to keep a large group thoroughly entertained. The party planners were AWESOME! They kept everything moving, played fun music, were kind and caring to all the kiddos and made sure everyone had fun. They also made my daughter feel very special. Every single detail was handle for me. From the activities, down to the preparation of food, opening gifts and even writing down who gave my daughter what. Pump it up took all the stress of party planning and hosting out of the equation so it was pure enjoyment on our end. I highly recommend hosting your next party here.

Great place, great staff! I had to reschedule several times because kids got sick before party. Ginger went above and beyond to help give my son a party he won’t forget. All you is just show and pump it up handle the rest! If you want a fun hassle free party for your little one, this is the place!

Kids loved the jumping but the party hostesses assigned to our party were less than pleasant. Several parents commented on how crabby the helpers were. They yelled at the kids to be quiet and sit down. They were 4-6 year olds excited about the party very appropriately! The activity was fun but the helpers were not great.

HUGE disappointment! I went to a party there that was supposed to last 2 hours. They pass kids from room to room just letting kids 15 mins in each one. After this you get 1 full hour in the "birthday room" which is a tiny awful looking 4 walls place. If anyone arrives late, they take them directly to the party room. Kids don't have any freedom to go back to the inflatables or any freedom to stay where they want to. Would NEVER organize a party there!

Lots of activities to keep kids busy for a bit. I was concerned it was for small children but we had a birthday party for our 11 year daughter and they loved it. Even our 14 year old son enjoyed himself.

This is a pretty solid place to have a kid's birthday party. They do a good job of managing your time, and moving you to the next area. Kids get to burn off a bunch of energy, and eat some pizza and cake.

This was an amazing experience! All the kids had such a great time. My daughter just turned 7 and my niece and nephews are ages 10, 7 and 3 and they all had a blast! Even the adults loved it and said it was one of the best birthday parties they've been too we literally didn't have to worry about anything - they set everything up, kept track of time, all of it. My daughter who is normally extremely shy and doesn't talk to people, was talking with our host for the party (Broc) and said he was one of the nicest people ever. She says it was her best birthday ever and wants to go every year. Thank you so much for making this a birthday to remember for her!
