I have to say this was a lot of fun. We used all 3 hints and finished with 5 minutes to go. We were a group of 6 which actually felt perfect. There were enough puzzles for everyone to be working on without having to many people working on one thing. The kid working there was really nice and explained the rules well. He also explains a few things briefly in the room when he takes you in and then your on your own. Once you start identifying what goes where the actual puzzles are not overly complex to solve, but definitely cleverly done. I would recommend to anyone looking for a light fun challenge. I wouldn't recommend this after drinking a lot.

We had a unique and fun experience! It's a well made escape room that's challenging but doable, and doesn't require encyclopedic knowledge. Our gamemaster Eric was super personable and helpful. Definitely recommend!!!

Celebrated a birthday with 7 teens, three of which is a beginner, and did the Code Breaker room. There was one staff who had to stay inside the room because the video feed is broken. The introductions and instructions were unclear. There was no system as to where to start at least. The girls were told to start at any puzzle, apparently they already solved a clock at the beginning, which should have been solved second to last. The unclear introduction/instructions did not encourage teamwork, the girls ended up doing things on their own. The girls wasted time working without directions and eventually didn’t escape the room. At some point some girls got bored and abandoned building a puzzle because there was no progression in site. The game lost its excitement 20 minutes into the game. The girls who did escape rooms before expected to start a specific puzzle and then solve it to lead to another puzzle to solve and so forth. This room was just chaos. Some props were not tagged properly and is not working. I don’t know how this room got a 4.2 review, maybe it went down the drain and was never maintained. Stay away from here until the management fixes it and provide knowledgeable staff that can set the fun in escape rooms. It was my first to setup for my daughters’ birthday and I was very disappointed, a special day I cannot get back.

We went there in a grouo of four. I personally did not enjoy it. When we came I asked the staff to use the restroom first before we start the game for we cannot go out once locked out. So I was asked to go to the third floor, unfortunately the door was locked so I went back to the staff and asked the key, she said it is normally lock so I was advised to use the mens room. I asked my friend to go with me, the room was not lock but there was people.I end up holding my pee for an hour. I was so upset from the beginning. When we get into the very small room, it was dirty,. The carpet has a lot of dirt . The table,chair cabinet and all other things there has a lot of dust. It looks like it wasn’t cleaned up for months or even years some of the items. The puzzle board was ripped and dirty as well. I was totally did not enjoy it. 🙁

Worst experience ever. The facility is really old and dirty. I can tell there is no maintenance for this room at all. The carpet is really dirty, and the some of magnets on the back of the blocks don't work. Every time we tried to get a hint the staff sounds a little bit clueless as well. He told us we had one step away but actually we had 3-4 steps left.

The most frustrating thing is he told us we were supposed to have one more thing in the room that was actually not there. So no matter what we did there was no way to escape from this room. He found out that and was just like yah it is supposed to be there whatever. NO APOLOGIES AT ALL. I have never seen any business like this before. I feel they won't even care a little bit about the bad reviews either. I saw some reviews said the same thing but clearly they didn't care about their own business and the customer. We spent more than $100 to solve some puzzles that can't be solved at all and got no apologies either. I do NOT recommend this place for anybody. Don't waste your money and time here.

Our group had the worst experience at this establishment. There was a puzzle that had been tampered with prior to us starting that threw us off from the minute we walked into the room. The host gave us unnecessary clues that purposely wasted our time on puzzles that had nothing to do with escaping the room. At the end, the host poorly explained each puzzle and even admitted that there were clues missing from the game. We were set up to fail!!!!

Outstanding! I cannot wait to go back! The puzzles and room were brilliantly designed, fun and challenging. When we did need a hint we got just enough to figure it out without ruining the fun.

Escaped with 2 seconds left from the hour but needed all 3 clues. Well worked out room and a lot of fun. Good logical puzzles. Ideal for a team of 4 or 5.
