Horrible, no recomendó quedarse en este hotel.
El desayuno de lo más simple, solo cereal y waffles, sábado pusieron huevo y papas, las papas de lo mas feo ni siquiera las descongelaron bien.
Para haber pagado 100 por noche es bastante mal.
No hay alberca y en las fotos aparecía alberca.
La administración trata de ahorrar dinero hasta en el lavado de toallas y sábanas.

Hallway stinks of cigarette smell. Agent at desk seemed comatose....

I recently stayed at quality in carbondale , and I must say it exceeded my expectations! The staff, especially Jawad at the front desk, was incredibly professional and helpful. He made the check-in process smooth and quick, ensuring that I felt welcome from the moment I arrived.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities were just as described. The hotel’s ambiance and service truly made my stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.

I wouldnt even do a 1 star if I didnt have to. READ THE REVIEWS!
The hotel pictures were nothing of what the hotel actually looked like. I felt very unsecure with random people “bunking” in the parking lot. The back entrance was broken and was open to the public to come and go. The room was decent at best. There was no toiletries provided - no soap - nothing. The pet fee is way over priced for the quality of facility as well as misdescribed on the app - there was a paper sign at the desk that stated $20 per dog per night and the app description did not state per dog. Glad we only had one dog with us as we tend to travel with more… It was disappointing at best.

I wish I never came here. Elevator don't work, gym outta order, laundry area is beyond filthy, hallways stank, staff don't care I'm sick and pregnant. Never tf again I tell you that one. Breakfast was useless, not even a point in being served. Cereal stale, danishes stale, milk looked expired ?️. Fridge doesn't work and caused my food to go bad. I hate it here ?. And they got bed bugs and roaches.

I was traveling from Texas and needed a place to nap , this place was the worst. The lobby smells a little funny, the first room they gave us smelled of piss. The second room had THEE nastiest chair , it had to be removed by mgmt in order for me to dose off. The cereal was stale, couldn’t believe the name of the place. ?‍♀️ I wouldn’t stay there again if it was free
