Rancho Cordova is horrible, the schools are terrible the park Department thinks they're private. All they want to do is build more houses so they can get more tax dollars.

Addictive Music & Sound - DJ Rockalot provided video, music, lighting, up lighting for a party in the American River Rooms. The staff were very helpful and attentive, very nice video projection setup with digital control panel.

Everybody is really nice, However they should adjust their business hours to 4pm. You litterally cant accomplish anything here after 4pm. Just be warned, If you show up after 4pm, you are probably wasting your time. Also note, dont email in documents, carry them in so they actually get processed. Love the city and it's employees, it's just every time you need something here, it can't be done after 4pm.

Lazy bunch of people who want to shift blame elsewhere! I have a rodent problem that is happening on Rancho Cordova street. The car is used every day during the week, and gets driven most of the weekend. Rodents have decided to crawl under the hood to do damage! Dead snail shells, rodent poop and everything. I informed them that we have compramised immune system, and they still said it wasn't their problem. It is on their fan street, so yes it IS their problem. People have trash rigged and dropped half eaten food on the street, people made a trash pile at the end of the street as well (the Just picked it up a few days ago). But damage has been done, and they DO NOT want to except any responsibility! They are lame here! I have photo proof, and will be getting legal advise! I don't want to end up with a disease because they refuse to do something about the problem!
