Rapid Response is an A++ company.There name suits them well Rapid Response that is the service we received. We had no A/C and our home was getting extremely warm. Dominic called and came out after hours. He was very quick to diagnose the problem fix it and made some changes. We had A/C very quickly. Dominic was friendly, polite, and professional. The very next day, they arranged for a full replacement. After getting a quote from AND services I quickly realized I was being ripped off. I called Rapid Response AC service and Derek quoted me over the phone. The price was half!!! 5.0 Review for Rapid Responce AC was very prompt, I called an with in an hour the lady that made the appointment had Roger at my house and he had my ac up and running within an hour. I was very pleased with the manner in which he does business. I would recommend this company for the work as well as their pricing they are very competitive.

This company is top notch! I highly recommend them. They completed my replacement a/c installation in one day and cleaned all the ducts thoroughly! The crew were professional and friendly. I got an exceptional deal on the unit and was pleased with their work. They even touched up the paint around the new smaller Wi-Fi thermostat! They vacuumed the house after cleaning the ducts. Overall a great job. I signed up with them for continued maintenance and discontinued my previous maintenance agreement with another company that tried to overcharge me by $8,000 for a new smaller a/c replacement unit. Good value, great staff, rapid and professional work! These guys are the best! 5+ stars!
